Kirodi Lal Meena (born 3 November 1951) is an Indian politician and Farmer leader. He is currently serving Cabinet Minister of Agriculture &Horticulture,Rural Development Department In Government of Rajasthan &Member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly From Sawai Madhopur &has been a member of the 8th,11th,12th,13th and 14th 16th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly,9th and 15th Lok Sabha member,and at Former he is a member of Rajya Sabha. [1] Popularly he is known as Kirodi Baba in East Rajasthan. He has been in Bharatiya Janata Party since beginning,however,he briefly left it in 2008 but rejoined it in 2018. He has served as a cabinet minister and held the portfolio of food and civil supplies. He was the only Independent Loksabha MP elected from Rajasthan in 2009 Loksabha elections It was a record win for that time.[ citation needed ]
On 24 December 2017,Kirodi Lal Meena was arrested along with some of his supporters for attempting to enter a private temple in Sankhwali against the wishes of the community members. [2]

Vasundhara Raje Scindia is an Indian politician,who has held two terms as the chief minister of Rajasthan. He was a member of the 14th Lok Sabha representing the Sawai Madhopur constituency and of the 15th Lok Sabha representing the Tonk-Sawai Madhopur constituency. He served as the Minister of State in the Minister of Environment and Forests in the UPA-I government between 2004 and 2009 and as the Minister of State in the Department of Expenditure,Banking and Insurance of the Ministry of Finance in the UPA-II government between 2009 and 2014.

She was a BJP candidate from Sapotara in the 2018 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election,but she was defeated by Ramesh Chand Meena of the Indian National Congress.
