[2] Although the director did not admit it. [3] The story of the film is written by Abdullah Zahir Babu. The film topped the list of highest grossing films of 2000. [4]

The infamous Godfather simply cut off the hands of a young man's father, and in retaliation, the young man gradually becomes a notorious murderer.

The music of the film is composed by Shawkat Ali Emon with lyrics by Kabir Bakul. The song "Ami Andho" has been composed by Birbal and written by Riton Adhikari Rintu.

Captain Khan is a 2018 Bangladeshi action thriller film directed by Wazed Ali Sumon and written by Delowar Hossain Dil. The film was produced by Selim Khan and the production house was Shapla Media. Shakib Khan, Shabnom Bubly, Samraat, Misha Sawdagor and Ashish Vidyarthi in the lead roles. The film is a remake of the 2014 Tamil language film Anjaan. Khuni Shikder is a 2004 Bangladeshi biographical crime thriller film. The film directed by Monowar Hossain Khokon and produced by Abdul Alim under the banner of Monowara Films. It feature Shakib Khan as the title role, who became a psycho after the death of his mother and then started killing one after another and subsequently he became the country's top terrorist and serial killer. Nodi, Liton Hashmi, Sohail and Mamun Shah and others have also played supporting roles in the film. The film is based on the biography of the Bangladeshi notorious murderer Ershad Sikder and was released on November 15, 2004 on the occasion on Eid-ul-Fitr.

Ananta Bhalobasha is a 1999 Bangladeshi romantic action film. The film directed and screenplay by Sohanur Rahman Sohan and Produced by Kuddusur Rahman under the banner of SP Production. The story and dialogues of the film are written by Abu Saeed Khan and Henry Amin respectively. The film stars Shakib Khan and Erin Zaman played the lead roles in the film. It also feature Abul Hayat, Wasimul Bari Rajib, Dolly Johur and Misha Sawdagor also played various important roles. The film mark as the on-screen debut Shakib Khan and Erin Zaman.
