Last Train to Trancentral is a digital EP by Blue Man Group, released on October 31, 2006 through the iTunes Store. The EP features a cover of The KLF song "Last Train to Trancentral", which is played during the paper finale at Blue Man Group's theatrical shows (except in London and Berlin where a remixed cover version of "I Feel Love" is played). The other tracks include one live song originally from the album, Audio ("PVC IV"), and two previously unreleased tracks. The track "Marshmallows & Gumballs" is from a theatrical skit where a Blue Man tosses marshmallows into another Blue Man's mouth, and the third Blue Man puts "gumballs" filled with paint in his mouth, and squirts the paint on a spinning canvas, creating spinart. The "Wands" song is a short that is played during the Venetian show.

"The Man Who Sold the World" is a song written by English singer-songwriter David Bowie. The title track of Bowie's third studio album of the same name, it was released in November 1970 in the US and in April 1971 in the UK by Mercury Records. Produced by Tony Visconti, it was recorded at Trident and Advision Studios in London in May 1970, towards the end of the album's sessions; Bowie recorded his vocal on the final day of mixing for the album, reflecting his generally dismissive attitude during the sessions. The Complex Rock Tour Live is a live DVD by Blue Man Group in support of their album, The Complex with footage from their shows in Dallas. It features almost all of the songs from that album, one song ("Drumbone") from their older album, Audio, and a cover of The Who song "Baba O'Riley". The DVD also has three music videos on it: "Sing Along", "The Current", and "Exhibit 13". Side B of the album has three tracks from The Complex in 5.1 surround sound, "Above", "Your Attention", and "Sing Along".

"What Time Is Love?" is a song released, in different mixes, as a series of singles by the band the KLF. It featured prominently and repeatedly in their output from 1988 to 1992 and, under the moniker of 2K, in 1997. Live at The Venetian – Las Vegas is a digital album by Blue Man Group, released through the iTunes Store on July 25, 2006. The 10-track album is a compilation of various live recordings of the group's performances at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino's Blue Man Theater on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, where the group has been performing since October 2005. The album features seven songs, albeit different arrangements, from their debut album, Audio, and one song from their second album, The Complex. The two other tracks on the album, "Feast Picking" and "Chant Jam," are the live arrangements/combinations of past pieces in the show. A series of Blue Man Group podcasts were also released through the iTunes Store to promote both the album and the show itself.

The Briar Street Theater is located in Chicago, Illinois, and is home to the long-running Blue Man Group. It originally was the carriage house for the Marshall Field and Company horses and was then bought by Walter Topel and reconstructed into the theatre it is today. Since this reconstruction, the theater has put on many different shows and performances yet the Blue Man Group remains the most recognized.

Cut-throat Records is a record label created and run by Canadian musician Nash the Slash. It has been active from 1978 to the present. Cut-throat is also the name of Nash's recording studio, originally located above the Roxy Theatre on Danforth Avenue in Toronto.

Alex Chilton American songwriter, guitarist, singer & producer

William Alexander Chilton was an American singer-songwriter, guitarist, and record producer best known as the lead singer of the Box Tops and Big Star. Chilton's early commercial success in the 1960s as a teen vocalist for the Box Tops was never repeated in later years with Big Star and in his subsequent indie music solo career on small labels, but he drew an intense following among indie and alternative music musicians. Foster the People is an American indie pop band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 2009. It currently consists of lead vocalist Mark Foster, lead guitarist Sean Cimino, keyboardist Isom Innis, and drummer Mark Pontius.

Fear Before

Fear Before is an experimental rock band that resides in Aurora, Colorado. As stated on their Alternative Press podcast, their name originates from a Denver Post newspaper headline about the 2002 Hayman fire titled "The Fear Before The March of Flames." They released their debut album Odd How People Shake in 2003 with a re-release in January 2004, second album Art Damage in September 2004, third album The Always Open Mouth in September 2006, and fourth album Fear Before in October 2008. In 2010 the band announced they were going into an indefinite hiatus.
