The Latvia women's national tennis team represents Latvia in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Latvian Tennis Union. They currently compete in World Group II.

History

Latvia competed in its first Fed Cup in 1992. Their best result was reaching the round of 16 in 1993. Prior to 1992, Latvian players represented the Soviet Union. Larisa Savchenko holds the record for most doubles win (38) in Fed Cup. She achieved this record while playing for both Latvia and the Soviet Union.

The Billie Jean King Cup is the premier international team competition in women's tennis, launched as the Federation Cup in 1963 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the International Tennis Federation (ITF). The name was changed to the Fed Cup in 1995, and changed again in September 2020 in honor of former World No. 1 Billie Jean King. The Billie Jean King Cup is the world's largest annual women's international team sports competition in terms of the number of nations that compete. The current Chairperson is Katrina Adams.

The Russia women's national tennis team represented Russia in Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Russian Tennis Federation. They compete in the World Group. Following the 2020 ban of Russia by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), it competed and won the 2020–21 Billie Jean King Cup under the RTF flag and name. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the International Tennis Federation suspended Russia from Billie Jean King Cup competitions.

The Croatia women's national tennis team represents Croatia in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Croatian Tennis Association. They currently compete in the Europe/Africa Zone Group II.

The Germany women's national tennis team represents Germany in Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by Deutscher Tennis Bund.

The India Billie Jean King Cup team represents India in the WTA & ITF Billie Jean King Cup professional tennis competition and are governed by the All India Tennis Association.

The Kazakhstan Billie Jean King Cup team represents Kazakhstan in the Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation. They currently compete in the Asia/Oceania Zone of Group I.

The Belarus women's national tennis team represented Belarus in Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Belarus Tennis Association. They compete in the World Group. After the 2022 Russia invasion of Ukraine, the International Tennis Federation suspended Russia and Belarus from Billie Jean King Cup competitions.

The Bulgaria women's national tennis team represents Bulgaria in Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Bulgarian Tennis Federation.

The Estonia Billie Jean King Cup team represents Estonia in the Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Estonian Tennis Association.

The Great Britain Billie Jean King Cup team represents the United Kingdom in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Lawn Tennis Association. In 2020, they lost out on a chance to secure a place at the inaugural Billie Jean King Cup finals, losing to Slovakia 3-1. However, in 2021 they won their play-off against Mexico and will play for another chance to enter the finals in 2022.

The Lithuania Billie Jean King Cup team represents Lithuania in the Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Lithuanian Tennis Association.

The Slovenia Billie Jean King Cup team represents Slovenia in the Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Slovene Tennis Association. It currently is competing in Billie Jean King Cup Finals.

The Greece Billie Jean King Cup team represents Greece in Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Hellenic Tennis Federation. They currently compete in the Europe/Africa Zone Group I.

The Moldova Billie Jean King Cup team represents Moldova in the Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Moldova Republic Tennis Federation. They have not competed since 2017.

The Tunisia Billie Jean King Cup team represents Tunisia in the Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Fédération Tunisienne de Tennis.

The Kyrgyzstan Fed Cup team represents Kyrgyzstan in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Kyrgyzstan Tennis Federation.

The North Macedonia Billie Jean King Cup team represents North Macedonia in the Billie Jean King Cup tennis competition. It is governed by the Macedonian Tennis Federation.
