Lee Perry (born 16 December 1959 [1] in Australia) [2] is an Australian voice actor known for portraying various characters in either direct-to-video or theatrical relisted movies such as Three Dollars (2005), $9.99 (2008) and both Happy Feet (2006) and Happy Feet Two (2011). [3]

Career

Perry's television voice overs include characters and narrations in Men in Black: The Series , Always Greener , Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars and Sisters of War .

Perry has voiced over many commercials, IVRs, radio/TV promos, ad campaigns and tour programs. [4]

In 1997, Perry provided the narration for Baz Luhrmann's version of the song "Everybody's Free (To Wear Sunscreen)". [5] [6]

Personal life

Perry currently lives in Sydney, Australia. [4] His brother, Alex, is a fashion designer. [7]

Happy Feet Two is a 2011 animated jukebox musical comedy film directed, produced and co-written by George Miller. It is the sequel to the 2006 film Happy Feet starring Elijah Wood, Robin Williams in his final animated feature, Hank Azaria, Alecia Moore (P!nk), Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Sofia Vergara, Common, Hugo Weaving, Richard Carter, Magda Szubanski and Anthony LaPaglia. Wood, Williams, Weaving, Szubanski and LaPaglia reprised their roles with Moore and Common replacing the late Brittany Murphy, and Fat Joe respectively. In addition, E.G. He worked extensively in Australian radio and theatre, appearing in a large portion of the films being shot locally at that time. He also starred in the original stage production of Sumner Locke Elliott's Rusty Bugles as well as numerous productions for the Mercury Theatre.
