Balochistan is one of the four provinces of Pakistan. It is the largest province in terms of land area, forming the southwestern region of the country, but is the least populated. Its provincial capital and largest city is Quetta.
The Districts of Pakistan ; are the third-order administrative divisions of Pakistan, below provinces and divisions, but forming the first-tier of local government. In total, there are 160 districts in Pakistan including the Capital Territory and the districts of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. These districts are further divided into Tehsils, Union Councils.

Musakhail (Urdu: ضلع موسیخیل) is a district in the northeast of the Balochistan province of Pakistan. It became a separate district in 1992, prior to which it was a tehsil within Loralai District. Musakhail District is now part of Loralai Division is created after splitting Zhob Division.
Sibi is a district in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. The main mountain ranges are Zen, Bambore and Dungan. The climatic and topography of Sibi District is quite varied compared to other districts of Balochistan. It is also known as the "Hot spot" of Pakistan where the temperatures in the summer exceed 52.6 °C (126.7 °F). Until 2013 the district had two sub-divisions, Sibi and Lehri, further organized into tehsils and sub-tehsils: Sibi, Lehri, Kutmandi and Sangan.
The four provinces, capital territory and two autonomous territories of Pakistan are subdivided into administrative "divisions", which are further subdivided into districts, tehsils and finally union councils. These divisions were abolished in 2000, but restored in 2008. The divisions do not include the Islamabad Capital Territory or the Federally Administered Tribal Areas, which were counted at the same level as provinces, but in 2018 the Federally Administered Tribal Areas were subsumed into Khyber-Paktunkhwa Province and allocated to neighbouring divisions therein.
Bhag is a city located within Sibi District of Balochistan Province of Pakistan. It is the largest city of the district and sits at an altitude of 90 meters.
Lehri is a Baloch tribe in Balochistan, Pakistan. They are descended from the Rind Baloch and have emerged from the Domki tribe. The Lehris originally had their headquarters in Narmuk, Kalat District. They are spread in and around, Sibi, Dadar, Usta Mohammad, Mastung, Kalat, Kachhi District and Quetta
Harnai is a district in the north-east of Balochistan province of Pakistan. Harnai is the principal town of this district and serves as its capital.
Lehri is a town and union council located in Sibi District, Balochistan, Pakistan. Lehri Tehsil was created alongside with Bhag Tehsil to become Lehri District, a separate district in 2013; which it has later on merged back into Sibi District in 2018 The town has altitude of 107 m (354 ft).
Mastung, the capital of Mastung District, is a town in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. It is located at 29°48'0N 66°50'60E and has an altitude of 1701 metres. The town is also the administrative centre of Mastung Tehsil, an administrative subdivision of the district – the town itself is administratively subdivided into two Union Councils.
Usta Mohammad is a city and sub-division of the Jafarabad District of Balochistan Province, Pakistan.
Ziarat is a district in the north of Balochistan province of Pakistan. Ziarat town is headquarters of the district of the Sub division, and also of the tehsil. Khalifat Hills have the highest peak with an altitude of 11,400 feet (3,500 m) in Ziarat district.
Balochistan Levies is a paramilitary gendarmerie in the Pakistani province of Balochistan. It operates as one of two primary law enforcement agencies tasked with maintaining law and order in the province. The levies force has jurisdiction in most districts of Balochistan.
The Kacchi Plain or Kachhi Plain is located in central Pakistan, in Balochistan Province.
NA-259 is a newly-created constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. It comprises the districts of Dera Bugti, Kohlu, Barkhan, Sibi and Lehri from the province of Balochistan.
