AB Lietuvos Dujos was a natural gas company in Lithuania. It was established in 1961 as an integrated gas company for import, transmission, distribution and sale of natural gas. After privatization in the 1990s, its major shareholders became Gazprom and E.ON Ruhrgas. [1] In 2009, the company operated around 1,800 km of trunk pipelines and 7,900 km of distribution pipelines, and employed around 1,820 people. [2] In 2013, its transmission business was spun-off into a separate company Amber Grid. In 2014, Gazprom and E.ON sold their stakes to the state-owned energy company Lietuvos Energija. [3] On 1 January 2016, Lietuvos Dujos was merged into Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius. [4]

Nord Stream is a pair of offshore natural gas pipelines in Europe that run under the Baltic Sea from Russia to Germany. It comprises the Nord Stream 1 (NS1) pipeline running from Vyborg in northwestern Russia, near Finland, and the Nord Stream 2 (NS2) pipeline running from Ust-Luga in northwestern Russia near Estonia. Both pipelines run to Lubmin in the northeastern German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Each pipeline comprises two pipes, denoted A and B; each of the four pipes is approximately 1,200 kilometres (750 mi) long and with approximate diameters of 1,220 millimetres (48 in). The combined capacity of the four pipes is 110 billion cubic metres per annum of natural gas.

The Sakhalin–Khabarovsk–Vladivostok pipeline is a pipeline for natural gas in Russia, transporting Sakhalin's gas to the most populated and industrialized regions of the Russian Far East. It is also projected to become a part of an international export route, carrying Russian gas to East Asian countries, such as the People's Republic of China, South Korea and Japan. The pipeline is owned and operated by Gazprom. It was opened on 8 September 2011.

Gas Interconnection Poland–Lithuania (GIPL) is a gas pipeline between Poland and Lithuania. The pipeline was commissioned and started commercial operation on 1 May 2022. The length of the pipeline is 508 km (316 mi) and the natural gas can flow both directions. The pipeline will run from Jauniūnai natural gas compression station (GCS) in eastern Lithuania to the Hołowczyce GCS station in eastern Poland.

Jauniūnai natural gas compression station is a gas compressor station in Lithuania, located in Jauniūnai, Širvintos District Municipality. Capacity at the station is 34.5 MW.

TurkStream is a natural gas pipeline running from Russia to Turkey. It starts from Russkaya compressor station near Anapa in Russia's Krasnodar Region, crossing the Black Sea to the receiving terminal at Kıyıköy.
