The album features thirteen tracks on the United States release and sixteen tracks on the Japan release, with two tracks featuring artists outside of Sevendust. Eighteen Visions is the sixth studio album by Eighteen Visions that was released on July 18, 2006. It was the band's only album released on Epic Records. This album saw the band take a step away from its metalcore roots in favor of a new, more melodic tone. Some countries have added two bonus tracks. One is taken from a Truskill records compilation called "Trustkill Takeover Volume II". The second is a re-recorded version of the track "Prelude To An Epic" from their album Until the Ink Runs Out. The album has sold around 100,000+ copies in the U.S. The album peaked at #74 in the U.S. Billboard chart.

Group Therapy shows the band expanding on the more alternative metal style music the band had started on their previous album, Life, and most of the industrial style music has been toned down. The album contains some of the band's most heavy and aggressive songs while certain songs such as "Sing", "Another Day Goes By" and "Easier" show a softer, more melodic sound. In the second half of 2004 the album had already sold about 37,749 in United States. "Now is the Time" was used in an episode of Dog the Bounty Hunter, while "Today is the Day" was the theme for WWE's No Mercy event in October 2003
