Fan-assisted convection ovens are commonly used for baking as well as non-food, industrial applications.
Induction cooking is performed using direct induction heating of cooking vessels, rather than relying on indirect radiation, convection, or thermal conduction. Induction cooking allows high power and very rapid increases in temperature to be achieved, and changes in heat settings are instantaneous.

The first generation oven was launched in December 2016. June launched its second generation June Oven in August 2018 as the "do-it-all oven" and seven appliances in one - a countertop convection oven, air fryer, slow cooker, dehydrator, broiler, toaster and warming drawer. The oven was created by “a team that brought the iPhone, the Fitbit, the GoPro, and Lyft to market.”
Instant Brands Inc. is a Canadian company and brand selling a range of kitchen appliances. The company was founded by Robert Wang, Yi Quin, and three other Canadian partners in 2009. They are the distributor and designers of the Instant Pot and other products sold under the Instant Brands name.
