I Can Hear the Heart Beating as One is the eighth studio album by the American indie rock band Yo La Tengo, released on April 22, 1997, by Matador Records. It was produced by Roger Moutenot and recorded at House of David in Nashville, Tennessee. The album expands the guitar-based pop of its predecessor Electr-O-Pura to encompass a variety of other music genres, including bossa nova, krautrock, and electronic music. Most of the songs on the album deal with melancholy emotions and range from short and fragile ballads to long and open-ended dissonance.

Minty Fresh is a Chicago-based record label, founded in 1993 by Jim Powers with Anthony Musiala. The label is known for launching the careers of Veruca Salt. They also gave the Swedish band The Cardigans their first US release and released the debut single by Liz Phair. They also run the "Mini Fresh" label which produces children's music.

Entre Nous is a 1983 French biographical drama film directed by Diane Kurys, who shares the writing credits with Olivier Cohen. Set in the France of the mid 20th century, the film stars Isabelle Huppert, Miou-Miou, Guy Marchand, Jean-Pierre Bacri, Christine Pascal, Denis Lavant and Dominique Lavanant. Coup de Foudre means "love at first sight".

Dites-lui que je l'aime is a 1977 French film directed by Claude Miller and starring Gérard Depardieu and Miou-Miou. It is based on the 1961 novel This Sweet Sickness by Patricia Highsmith.

Germinal is a 1993 French epic film based on the 1885 novel by Émile Zola. It was directed by Claude Berri, and stars Gérard Depardieu, Miou-Miou and Renaud. At the time it was the most expensive movie ever produced in France. It was the fourth most attended film of the year in France.

The Revolving Doors is a 1988 Canadian-French French-language drama film directed by Francis Mankiewicz. The film was selected as the Canadian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 61st Academy Awards, but was not accepted as a nominee.

Roads to the South is a 1978 French film directed by Joseph Losey. It stars Yves Montand and Miou-Miou. The film is a sequel to The War is Over (1966), which was directed by Alain Resnais.

"Play Hard" is a song by French DJ and record producer David Guetta featuring vocals from American singers Ne-Yo and Akon. It was released on 15 March 2013 as the third single from the 2012 re-release of Guetta's fifth studio album, Nothing but the Beat (2011). This is the third collaboration between Guetta and Akon since "Sexy Bitch" in 2009 and "Crank It Up" in 2011. All three artists co-wrote the song along with Frédéric Riesterer and Giorgio Tuinfort, both of whom produced the song with Guetta. It features a prominent synthesizer riff sampled from the 1998 song "Better Off Alone" by Dutch Eurodance project Alice Deejay; as a result, Sebastiaan Molijn and Eelke Kalberg are credited as songwriters.

The Burned Barns is a 1973 French drama film directed by Jean Chapot. The fim score was composed by Jean Michel Jarre and released as album in 1973. In 2003, the soundtrack album was reissued on CD by Disques Dreyfus. The album has been reissued again in 2023 on vinyl and digital formats from Transversales on Bandcamp.
