This is a list of events held and scheduled by Gleat, a professional wrestling and mixed martial arts promotion based in Japan. Gleat's inaugural event, Gleat Ver.0, took place on October 15, 2020. [1] [2]
Most Gleat events are separated into three brands:
Numbered "Gleat Ver." events air bigger cards featuring a mix of the three brands. Specials events such as "Gleat Ver.EX", "Gleat Ver.Mega" and "Gleat Ver.&" are held in larger venues and usually feature wrestlers from other wrestling promotions such as All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW), Big Japan Pro Wrestling (BJW) or Pro Wrestling Freedoms. These events air live on Gleat's YouTube channel. Furthermore, Gleat holds house shows titled "Gleat House Show" that are not broadcast.
Between December 3, 2020, and July 29, 2021, Gleat taped individual matches held without an audience at the GEN Sports Palace, in Tokyo. Those matches aired on Gleat's YouTube channel, making up seven episodes of the "Experimental Matches" series. [3]
On April 16, 2023, Lidet Entertainment produced "Puro Negro", an event focused on Black Generation International, the Japanese branch of the Mexican stable Black Generation. [4] The event, featuring wrestlers from both the Japanese and Mexican sides, is not considered part of the main Gleat events series. On January 25, 2024, a second edition titled "Puro Negro 2024" was held at the Tokyo FM Hall. [5]

Shoot wrestling is a combat sport that originated in Japan's professional wrestling circuit (Puroresu) of the 1970s. Professional wrestlers of that era attempted to use more realistic or even "full contact" moves in their matches to increase their excitement, diminishing or eschewing the theatrical elements and acrobatics, looking more similar to an actual, unscripted fight. The name "shoot wrestling" comes from the professional wrestling term "shoot", which refers to any unscripted occurrence within a scripted wrestling event. Shoot wrestling incorporated realistic moves from submission grappling and various kickboxing styles. It was particularly inspired and influenced by catch wrestling, a form of wrestling with submissions that was the predominant style of professional wrestling in the 19th and early 20th century, at the time not yet predetermined.
The Wrestle-1 Tag Team Championship was a professional wrestling tag team championship owned by the Wrestle-1 (W-1) promotion. The title was announced on September 22, 2014, in conjunction with the start of a tournament to crown the first Wrestle-1 Champion. In Japanese the title's name includes the katakana term for "championship", Chanpionshippu (チャンピオンシップ), derived from the English language instead of the more common kanji term Ōza (王座).
The GWC 6-Man Tag Team Championship was a six-person tag team title established in 2006 by the Japanese professional wrestling promotion Guts World Pro-Wrestling. In June 2021, the title went to Total Triumph Team Pro-Wrestling when Guts Ishijima became a nine-time champion.
The UWA Asia Pacific Heavyweight Championship is a single championship title in the Japanese professional wrestling promotion Real Japan Pro Wrestling (RJPW). The title was established in 2018 as part of a collaboration between RJPW and the revived Mexican Universal Wrestling Association. As it is a professional wrestling championship, the championship is not won not by actual competition, but by a scripted ending to a match determined by the bookers and match makers. On occasion the promotion declares a championship vacant, which means there is no champion at that point in time. This can either be due to a storyline, or real life issues such as a champion suffering an injury being unable to defend the championship, or leaving the company.
