The telecommunications and postal services market in Greece is regulated by the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT).
Transport in Greece has undergone significant changes in the past two decades, vastly modernizing the country's infrastructure and transportation. Although ferry transport between islands remains the prominent method of transport between the nation's islands, improvements to the road infrastructure, rail, urban transport, and airports have all led to a vast improvement in transportation. These upgrades have played a key role in supporting Greece's economy, which in the past decade has come to rely heavily on the construction industry.
This is a list of dialing codes in Greece. The first digit represents the type of service. 1 is used for short codes, 2 for geographical numbers, 5 is used for inter-network routing purposes and VPNs, 6 for mobile services, 7 is reserved for universal access numbers, 8 for reduced-fee services, 9 is used for premium rate services. All dialable numbers are ten digits, except for short codes, 807-XXXX used for calling card access codes, and numbers in the 5 range, used for routing purposes and not dialable by end-subscribers.
The 2004 Summer Olympics Torch Relay took the Olympic Flame across every habitable continent, returning to Athens, Greece. Every city which had hosted, will host, or coincidentally elected to host the Summer Olympics until the 2028 Summer Olympics was visited or revisited by the torch, as well as several other cities chosen for their international importance. The main reason why the torch relay went around the world was to highlight the fact that the Olympic Games were started in Greece and in modern times have been held around the world and then took place in Greece in 2004.
The provinces of Greece were sub-divisions of some the country's prefectures. From 1887, the provinces were abolished as actual administrative units, but were retained for some state services, especially financial and educational services, as well as for electoral purposes. Before the Second World War, there were 139 provinces, and after the war, with the addition of the Dodecanese Islands, their number grew to 147. According to the Article 7 of the Code of Prefectural Self-Government, the provinces constituted a "particular administrative district" within the wider "administrative district" of the prefectures. The provinces were finally abolished after the 2006 local elections, in line with Law 2539/1997, as part of the wide-ranging administrative reform known as the "Kapodistrias Project", and replaced by enlarged municipalities (demoi).
Greek vehicle registration plates are composed of three letters and four digits per plate printed in black on a white background. The letters represent the district (prefecture) that issues the plates while the numbers range from 1000 to 9999. As of 2004 a blue strip was added on the left showing the country code of Greece (GR) in white text and the Flag of Europe in yellow. Similar plates but of square size with numbers ranging from 1 to 999 are issued for motorcycles which exceed 50 cc in engine size.
The 2006–07 Greek Football Cup was the 65th edition of the Greek Football Cup, competition. That season's edition was the first to be entitled "Hellas On Line Greek Cup". The competition started on 26 August 2006 and concluded on 5 May 2007 with the Final, held at the Panthessaliko Stadium. AEL won the trophy with a 2–1 victory over Panathinaikos.
The 2005–06 Greek Football Cup was the 64th edition of the Greek Football Cup, competition. This season's edition was the first to be entitled "SINCO Greek Cup" after SINCO Insurance Brokers. The competition started on 20 August 2005 and concluded on 10 May 2006 with the Final, held at Pankritio Stadium. Olympiacos won the trophy with a 3-0 victory over AEK Athens.
The 2004–05 Greek Football Cup was the 63rd edition of the Greek Football Cup. The competition started on 10 September 2004 and concluded on 21 May 2005 with the Greek Cup Final, held at the Pampeloponnisiako Stadium. Olympiacos earned the trophy with a 3–0 victory over Aris.
The 2001–02 Greek Football Cup was the 60th edition of the Greek Football Cup.

The 2000–01 Greek Football Cup was the 59th edition of the Greek Football Cup.
The 2010–11 Greek Football Cup was the 69th edition of the Greek Football Cup. A total of 67 clubs had been accepted to enter, after the withdrawal of Egaleo, Kalamata and Pyrsos Grevena and their relegation to Delta Ethniki. The competition commenced on 4 September 2010 with the First Round and concluded on 30 April 2011 with the final, held at Olympic Stadium. The final was contested by Atromitos and AEK Athens, with AEK winning 3–0.

The Hellenic Radio is the main public radio broadcaster in Greece. Founded in 1987 as a subsidiary of public broadcaster Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT), it broadcasts four domestic radio channels and the international shortwave radio channel Voice of Greece.
The 2019–20 Greek Football Cup is the 78th season of the Greek Football Cup. A total of 84 clubs are accepted to enter. 14 from the Super League 1, 12 from the Super League 2, 14 from the Football League and 44 previous season local Cup winners. The Second Leg Semi-Final matches and the Final were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Greece until June.
The 2021–22 Greek Football Cup was the 80th edition of the Greek Football Cup. The winner of the Cup qualified for the next season's Europa Conference League third qualifying round.
