Maharashtra State Film Awards, one of the prestigious awards of Marathi cinema, are awarded by the Government of Maharashtra to Marathi language films and artists. They were first awarded in 1963.
Unch Majha Zoka is an Indian television series directed by Viren Pradhan and was aired on Zee Marathi. The series premiered on 5 March 2012 from Monday to Saturday at 8 pm by replacing Ekach Hya Janmi Janu.
Encounter: The Killing is a 2002 Indian Bollywood film produced and directed by Ajay Phansekar. It stars Naseeruddin Shah, Dilip Prabhavalkar and Tara Deshpande in pivotal roles.
Khabardaar is a 2005 Marathi-language comedy film produced and directed by Mahesh Kothare and starring Bharat Jadhav, Sanjay Narvekar and Nirmiti Sawant.
Sanngto Aika is a 2014 Indian Marathi-language film, written by Parag Kulkarni and directed by Satish Rajwade, based on a social issue. The film was released on 2 October 2014 all over Maharashtra. Shasan (transl. Government) is a 2016 Indian Marathi-language political drama film directed by Gajendra Ahire and produced by Shekhar Pathak under the banner of Shreya Films. The film stars Makarand Anaspure, Bharat Jadhav, Jitendra Joshi, Manava Naik, Siddhartha Jadhav, Shriram Lagoo, Vikram Gokhale, Mohan Joshi, Vinay Apte and Nagesh Bhosle. It was theatrically released on 15 January 2016.
Abhalmaya (transl. Skylove) was an Indian Marathi television series which was aired on Alpha TV Marathi. It is one of the successful Marathi television series. It starred Sukanya Kulkarni, Manoj Joshi and Sanjay Mone in lead roles.
Daar Ughad Baye is an Indian Marathi language television series aired on Zee Marathi. It is produced by Tejendra Neswankar under the banner of Trrump Carrd Production which premiered from 19 September 2022. It starred Saniya Chaudhari, Roshan Vichare and Sharad Ponkshe in lead roles. It is an official remake of Bengali TV series Jamuna Dhaki.
Vadalvaat is an Indian Marathi-language television series which aired on Zee Marathi. It starred Aditi Sarangdhar in lead role.

It premiered from 20 November 2006 by replacing Oon Paaus and ended on 9 May 2009 completing 734 episodes. Asmita is an Indian Marathi language crime show which aired on Zee Marathi. It starred Mayuri Wagh and Piyush Ranade in lead roles.
Agnihotra is an Indian Marathi language television series which aired on Star Pravah. It is directed by Satish Rajwade and produced by Shrirang Godbole under the banner of Indian Magic Eye Productions. It premiered from 27 November 2008 and ended on 30 April 2010.
Zabardast (transl. Fantastic) is a 2007 Indian Marathi-language science fiction film directed by Mahesh Kothare and produced by Suhas Jog. It is distributed by Video Palace. It stars Pushkar Jog, Manasi Naik, Sanjay Narvekar and Makarand Anaspure. In addition to writing the story, Mahesh Kothare also wrote the screenplay with Shekhar Dhavalikar.
