The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) is the governing body of association football, beach football, and futsal in some countries/territories in Asia and Oceania. It has 47 member countries most of which are located in Asia. Australia, formerly in OFC, joined AFC in 2006. Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, both territories of the United States, are also AFC members that are geographically in Oceania. The Asian Ladies Football Confederation (ALFC) was the section of AFC who managed women's association football in Asia. The group was independently founded in April 1968 in a meeting involving Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. In 1986 ALFC merged with AFC.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) is the administrative and controlling body for association football, futsal and beach soccer in Africa. It was established on 8 February 1957 at the Grand Hotel in Khartoum, Sudan by the national football associations of Egypt, Ethiopia, South Africa and Sudan, following formal discussions between the aforementioned associations at the FIFA Congress held on 7 June 1956 at Avenida Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal.

Regina Jaquess is an American water skier. She had won awards in the sport by age 13 and won medals in Water skiing at the 2003 Pan American Games. In that same year she won at the Water Ski World Championship. She won gold medals in Water skiing at the 2011 Pan American Games and for 2012-2013 was named "Female Slalom Skier of the Year" by Water Ski Magazine.
Michael "Mike" Kjellander is a Swedish former professional water skier. He won the US Pro Tour 21 times, two times Masters champion, one-time US Open champion, 15 times European champion, 32 times national champion, two silver and one bronze from World Championship and one-time world record holder. He specialized in slalom and jump but was initially also successful as an overall skier. He is still the national current record holder in trick with a score of 7,760 points.

The Africa Football League will be an annual continental club football competition run by the CAF that is set to kickoff in October 2023. It was announced on 28 November 2019 by Gianni Infantino, President of FIFA. It was initially launched as the Africa Super League on 10 August 2022 in Tanzania with a kickoff date of August 2023 and was to include twenty-four elite African clubs with a promotion/relegation system, but will be scaled down to 8 teams for its inaugural campaign. It will run alongside CAF's other main club competition, the CAF Champions League, and will not be a replacement for it.
