This list of tallest buildings in Kerala ranks high-rises in Kerala, India according to their height. Kerala is one of the southern states of India. This state is witnessing a huge high-rise boom, especially in Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kannur and Palakkad. Several high-rises are located in these cities. As of 2023 Burj AlHind in Calicut is the tallest building in Kerala with 40 floors and 140 meters. [1] Asset Golden Sands in Calicut with 240 meters and 70 floors is tallest ever upcoming building in Kerala. [2] Galaxy atmosphere building in Calicut with 167 meters (548 feet) and 50 floors is the second tallest upcoming building in Kerala. [3]

The Al Fattan Marine Towers is a complex in the Dubai Marina section of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are located within Jumeirah Beach Residence, a 40-tower, 7,000 unit residential and hotel development which runs alongside Dubai Marina. The Al Fattan Marine Towers consist of two twin 50-story towers, the Al Fattan Tower, and the Oasis Beach Tower, consisting of serviced and residential apartments which have since been sold to individual investors and homeowners. Both towers stand at a height of 245 m (804 ft) and a roof height of 230 m (755 ft), and are the tallest buildings in Jumeirah Beach Residence. Construction of both towers was completed in 2006. Following completion the developer, Al Fattan Properties LLC built a 12-storey office and retail building on an adjacent plot between the towers and Dubai Marina restricting views of the marina from the towers. In 2012 Al Fattan commenced construction of two high-rise towers on the beach in front of the towers which will largely restrict seaviews from Al Fattan Marine Towers. Al Fattan had earlier demolished a 10-story hotel on the site, the Oasis Hotel, which it had built about a decade earlier. Originally Al Fattan proposed to build a mega 97-tower building on the site to be called Burj Al Fattan, however a subsequent decision was made to split the development into two high-rise towers. The exact number of floors is not known as there has been no public disclosure of the project.

Sobha Topaz is a super luxury residential skyscraper situated in Sobha City in Thrissur city of Kerala State. It is the tallest residential skyscraper in Thrissur city. The building consists of 216 luxury apartments in 27 stories. The project was developed by Sobha Developers Ltd.

Lodha Park is an 18.5-acre (7.5 ha) luxury residential skyscraper project which was developed by the Lodha Group in the upscale Lower Parel neighborhood of Mumbai, Maharastra, India. The land for the project was purchased from DLF Limited in 2012 for approximately 2,800 Crore. Lodha Park consists of 5 towers, each of which stand at a height of 268 meters and have 76 floors. Lodha The Park Towers were the tallest buildings in India from 2019 to 2020, after which they were surpassed by World One in 2020, which again was surpassed by Lokhandwala Minerva in 2023. The towers are currently the 6th tallest buildings in India.

Pavangad is a suburb included in Kozhikode corporation in the Kozhikode district of Kerala, India. It is located about 6.5 km north of Calicut on the Calicut-Kannur National Highway 66 (India) and is bounded by the Arabian Sea at the west, Canoli Canal at east and Korapuzha River at the north. State Highway 54 (Kerala) starts from Pavangad and ends in Kalpetta. Late Mr. K. T. Muhammed was a resident in Pavangad, popularly known as KT, was a Malayalam playwright and screenwriter. He died on 25 March 2008 at his residence. Pavangad is a fast-growing residential area towards the northern city limits of Kozhikode. Sneha Residence association is one of the major residential associations in this locality which consists of around 237 houses.
