LiveDaily was a music and entertainment site owned by Ticketmaster, [1] created in 1998 and seen in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. [2] It provided news updates, tour announcements, and ticketing information relative to Ticketmaster. [1] Its news reports were used by media entities such as MTV News [3] [4] and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch . [5] It also provided artist interviews, record and show reviews, and a music fan Internet forum. [1] [2] As of October 2008, livedaily.com claimed to have nearly one million visitors per month. [6]

It also included LiveDaily Sessions, a video showcase for touring acts that especially emphasizes upcoming artists. [6]

On May 18, 2010, LiveDaily closed their forums, a long-standing staple of the site for undisclosed business reasons. [7] On May 21, 2010, LiveDaily ceased publication, with a message on their website reading, "LiveDaily takes its final bow". [8]

On May 24, 2010, LiveDaily's editorial team announced the launch of SoundSpike.com, a publication promising to provide similar content to LiveDaily. [9] The forums from LiveDaily also re-opened at a new domain, AfterLD.com.

Its lyrics draw an extended metaphor of a lover as a dangerous yet addictive drug.

Live Nation is an American events promoter and venue operator based in Beverly Hills, California. Formed in 1996 by Robert F. X. Sillerman as SFX Entertainment, the company's business was built around consolidating concert promoters into a national company. In 2000, the company was sold to Clear Channel Communications for $4.4 billion, and operated as Clear Channel Entertainment until 2005, when it was spun off as Live Nation.

The Black & Blue World Tour was a worldwide concert tour by the Backstreet Boys in support of their fourth album Black & Blue and took place in 2001. The first leg of the tour kicked off January 22, 2001 in the United States. The second leg began June 8 in the group's hometown of Orlando, Florida, and was temporarily put on hold July 9, in order for group member A. J. McLean to seek treatment for clinical depression which led to anxiety attacks and the excessive consumption of alcohol. The tour resumed August 24 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and wrapped up October 19 in Paradise, Nevada. The Boys then continued their tour around the world before it came to a close by the end of 2001. It grossed over US $315 million worldwide, becoming the highest-grossing concert tour by an artist in general of the year. The tour was sponsored by Burger King, Kellogg's and Polaroid.

The band was formed in Franklin, Tennessee, in 2004 by lead vocalist Hayley Williams with guitarists Josh Farro and Taylor York, bassist Jeremy Davis, and drummer Zac Farro. In 2005, Paramore signed with the New York City-based Fueled by Ramen and released their debut album entitled All We Know Is Falling. Three singles were released from the album, but none of them charted. The album did not chart in the Billboard 200 either, although it peaked at number thirty in the Billboard Top Heatseekers. His videography consists of sixty-four music videos, five guest appearances, four video albums, four film appearances and four television appearances. Brown's first music video was for his debut single "Run It!", taken from his self-titled debut album. Directed by Erik White, the video "introduced the world" to Brown's dance moves. White and Brown directed the accompanying music video for the second single "Yo ", which made reference to Michael Jackson. Some of Brown's other videos have been noted for its similarities to Jackson's work, including his music videos for "Wall to Wall" (2007), "Yeah 3x" (2010), "She Ain't You" (2011) and "Turn Up the Music" (2012). In 2007, Brown made his acting debut in the film, Stomp the Yard, as Duron. That same year, he also appeared in This Christmas as Michael "Baby" Whitfield. Brown's music video for the single "Forever" (2008) was directed by Joseph Kahn and was "highly regarded as one of the best videos of 2008". It earned Brown three nominations at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards in the categories of Best Dancing in a Video, Best Choreography and Video of the Year.
