Ho is believed to have directed more than one hundred films, including over 80 movies from 1980 to 1990 before his retirement in 2000. Many of his works are now regarded cult films by aficionados of Z movies as being among some of the most "so bad it's good" entertaining movies ever created.

Traxx is a 1988 action comedy and adventure comedy film that was directed by Jerome Gary. It released on August 17, 1988 and starred Shadoe Stevens as a mercenary turned cookie maker. The film had a budget of 6.5 million dollars and was initially intended to have a theatrical release, but was instead released direct to video. Traxx was later screened in 2012 at the Hollywood Theatre in Portland, Oregon.

This is the third film to star Williamson, Brown, and Kelly, following Three the Hard Way and Take a Hard Ride. Ninja Terminator is a 1985 film released in the United States by IFD, directed, written, and edited by Godfrey Ho. It stars Richard Harrison as Ninja Master Harry MacQueen, Jack Lam as Jaguar Wong, Hwang Jang-lee as Tiger Chan. Godfrey Ho frequently created movies by filming scenes that he then added to pre-existing films, re-cutting it together and dubbing over the actors with his own dialogue in order to create a new story. Similarly, Ninja Terminator reuses more than 50 percent of its footage from the South Korean film The Uninvited Guest Of The Star Ferry. IFD owned the international sales rights for the film and decided to insert Caucasian actors into the film in the hopes it would then do better overseas. Ho did this and added ninjas to the storyline, as he usually did for his films. The new footage introduced a storyline about ninjas hunting for pieces of a magical statue.

It is about a private investigator that goes on the hunt for a girl who has been taken in by a religious cult. He recruits a team to help him in his quest to rescue the girl. It stars Leo Fong, Cameron Mitchell, Troy Donahue, Akosua Busia and Stack Pierce.
