Boesenbergia rotunda, Thai กระชาย krachai, Khmer ខ្ជាយ k'jeay, commonly known as Chinese keys, fingerroot, lesser galangal or Chinese ginger, is a medicinal and culinary herb from China and Southeast Asia.
