Maakan Tounkara (born 1983 in Epernay, France) is a French handball player. She plays for the French national team. She participated at the 2008 Summer Olympics in China, where the French team placed fifth. [2]
Épernay is a commune in the Marne department of northern France, 130 km north-east of Paris on the mainline railway to Strasbourg. The town sits on the left bank of the Marne at the extremity of the Cubry valley which crosses it.
Cătălina Ponor is a Romanian former artistic gymnast who competed at three Olympiads: 2004, 2012, and 2016.
