Maddie Taylor (born December 31, 1966), [1] formerly Matthew W. Taylor, is an American voice actress and storyboard artist, known for voicing Verminious Snaptrap in T.U.F.F. Puppy and Sparky in The Fairly OddParents .

Career

While starting as a storyboard artist at Sony Pictures Animation, [2] Taylor lent her voice to Deni, the crazed duck, and Buddy, the blue porcupine, in the studio's first full feature Open Season , as well as voicing Elliot in the video game adaptation, replacing Ashton Kutcher. In the film's two sequels, she replaced Patrick Warburton as the strong mule deer Ian in Open Season 2 , and replaced Joel McHale as the voice of Elliot in Open Season 3 , before being replaced by Will Townsend in Open Season: Scared Silly .[ citation needed ]

Within 2006, she provided ADR voices for George W. Bush for the South Park episode "Mystery of the Urinal Deuce", but was not included in the credits.[ citation needed ]

Taylor was cast in T.U.F.F. Puppy as Verminious Snaptrap and in The Fairly OddParents as Sparky in 2013, both of which are developed by Nickelodeon and created by Butch Hartman.

In late 2016, Taylor provided the voice for the interactive character, Gary the Gull, for the PlayStation VR.[ citation needed ] Since her transition, Taylor has been voicing more female characters. Her character in The Loud House , Dana Dufresne, transitioned to reflect her own transition.

In December 2020, Taylor provided the voice for the character of Claire Russell, a transgender bartender of the Afterlife bar in the video game Cyberpunk 2077 .

In 2023, Taylor voiced Torga, a recurring character in My Dad the Bounty Hunter . [3]

Open Season is a 2006 American animated adventure comedy film produced by Sony Pictures Animation, as its debut film, and Columbia Pictures. It was directed by Roger Allers and Jill Culton and co-directed by Anthony Stacchi, from a screenplay by Nat Mauldin and the writing team of Steve Bencich and Ron J. Friedman, and a screen story by Culton and Stacchi, based on an original idea by Steve Moore and John B. Carls. The film features an ensemble voice cast starring Martin Lawrence, Ashton Kutcher, Gary Sinise, and Debra Messing. T.U.F.F. Puppy is an American animated television series created by Butch Hartman for Nickelodeon. It premiered on October 2, 2010, on Nickelodeon along with Planet Sheen, which premiered a half hour earlier. T.U.F.F. Puppy is Hartman's third animated series for Nickelodeon, after The Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom and also before Bunsen Is a Beast. The series was cancelled after three seasons and aired its final episode on April 4, 2015.

Claudio Moneta, at the registry office Claudio Andrea Moneta, is an Italian actor, dubber, dubbing director and dialogue writer. He contributed to voicing characters in animation, video games, sitcoms, and more. He is very well known for providing the voice of the title character in the Italian language version of the Nickelodeon animated series SpongeBob SquarePants. He is also known for voicing Shadow the Hedgehog in the Sonic franchise, Kakashi Hatake in Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden, and Son Goku in Dragon Ball Super. The role of Kakashi Hatake was temporarily filled by fellow voice actor Gianluca Iacono between 2010 and 2011, due to a motorbike incident suffered by Moneta. He was also replaced in Mass Effect 2 because of that accident as well.
