Hyundai Motor Company, often abbreviated to Hyundai Motors and commonly known as Hyundai, is a South Korean multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Hyundai Motor Company was founded in 1967. Currently, the company owns 33.88 percent of Kia Corporation, and also fully owns two marques including its luxury cars subsidiary, Genesis Motor, and an electric vehicle sub-brand, Ioniq. Those three brands altogether comprise the Hyundai Motor Group.

Further to this, he won four world titles indoors and was the 2001 World Half Marathon Champion. Just like very few other great Ethiopians, Haile has repeatedly put Ethiopia's name to the world and many countries have showed great admiration to him outside of the sports world.
Shambel Abebe Bikila was an Ethiopian marathon runner who was a back-to-back Olympic marathon champion. He is the first Ethiopian Olympic gold medalist, winning his and Africa's first gold medal at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome while running barefoot. At the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, he won his second gold medal. In turn, he became the first athlete to successfully defend an Olympic marathon title. In both victories, he ran in world record time.
Inokom Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of Malaysian-based Sime Darby Motors. Inokom is the licensed contract assembler for Hyundai, BMW and Mazda passenger vehicles in Malaysia.
Addis Ababa Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is used mostly for football matches although it also has athletics facilities. The stadium has a capacity of 35,000 people.
Worku Bikila is a retired Ethiopian long-distance runner, who specialized mainly in the 5000 metres. His 10,000 metres time of 27:06.44 minutes in 1995 was the second-fastest time that year, behind Haile Gebrselassie. He represented Ethiopia at the World Championships in Athletics on three occasions. He was a two-time winner at the Zevenheuvelenloop 15,000 metres, from 1997 to 1998.
Tsegaye Kebede Wordofa is an Ethiopian long-distance runner who competes in road running events, including marathons. He quickly rose to become a prominent distance runner after his international debut at the Amsterdam Marathon in 2007. In his second year of professional running, he won the Paris Marathon, the Fukuoka Marathon and won the marathon bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
The automotive industry in Pakistan is one of the fastest-growing industries in the country, growing by 171% between just 2014 and 2018. It accounts for 4% of Pakistan's GDP and employs a workforce of over 3.5 million people as of 2018. Pakistan is the 35th largest producer of automotives. Its contribution to the national exchequer is nearly Rs. 50 billion (US$220 million). Pakistan's auto market is among the smallest, but fastest-growing in Asia. 269,792 cars were sold in the year 2018, but declined to 186,716 in 2019 as a result of austerity measures. Pakistan used to have a lot of Japanese cars in the 1990s and early 2000s. With the launch of the first Auto Policy in 2005, Pakistan launched its very first indigenous car Adam Revo but after the 2008 elections the dollar started depreciating and due to bad governance a lot of auto makers started to halt production and some even exited Pakistan. At present, the auto market is dominated by Honda, Toyota and Suzuki. However, on 19 March 2016, Pakistan passed a second "Auto Policy 2016-21", which offers tax incentives to new automakers to establish manufacturing plants in the country. In response, Renault, Nissan, Proton Holdings, Kia, SsangYong, Volkswagen, FAW and Hyundai have expressed interest in entering the Pakistani market. MG JW Automobile Pakistan has signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Morris Garages (MG) Motor UK Limited, owned by SAIC Motor to bring electric vehicles in Pakistan. NLC signed an agreement with Mercedes Benz for the manufacturing of Mercedes Actros trucks in Pakistan. Pakistan has not enforced any automotive safety standards or model upgrade policies. A few old models of vehicles including the Bolan and Ravi continue to be sold by Suzuki. On 8 July 2021, Jolta Electric launched production of electric motorcycles.
The automotive industry in Bangladesh is the third largest in South Asia.
Holland Car PLC was an Ethiopian CKD automobile assembler with official head offices in the Getu Commercial Center and the TK International Building in Addis Ababa. Its general manager was Tadesse Tessema Alemu, and the company had 200 full-time employees and a fluctuating number of part-time ones. The firm was declared in bankruptcy at FY2014.
Alemayehu Shumye Tafere was an Ethiopian long-distance runner who specialised in marathon running.

The presidential election held on 7 October 2013, was the fourth presidential election of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to elect the country's third president. Mulatu Teshome was elected by the parliament to a six-year term. Incumbent president Girma Wolde-Giorgis is barred from seeking re-election due to term limits.
The Hyundai Ioniq is a compact five-door liftback manufactured and marketed by Hyundai. The nameplate Ioniq is a portmanteau of ion and unique. It is marketed as the first automobile to be offered without a standard internal combustion engine, but rather sold in hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and all-electric variants.
Hyundai Nishat is a Pakistani automobile manufacturer and joint venture between Hyundai and Nishat Mills, based in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Automotive industry in Vietnam is a fast growing sector, mainly reliant on domestic sales. All currently produced models are designed abroad by foreign brands, and many rely on knock-down kit production. Due to high import taxes on automobiles, the Vietnamese government protects domestic manufacturing. Although Vietnam is a member of the ASEAN Free Trade Area, automobile imports fall under an exception. Since January 1, 2018, the 30% import tax has been discontinued as part of ASEAN agreements. Currently, the Vietnamese motor industry is not deemed competitive enough to make exports feasible. As of April 2018, 85% of car sales in Vietnam were produced domestically from CKD kits.
PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (HMMI) is an automobile manufacturing plant located in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. The plant and a separate sales company, PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) are wholly owned subsidiaries of Hyundai Motor Company.
Ioniq is an automotive marque and a division of Hyundai Motor Company with headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. The marque was established in 2020 as a sub-brand for Hyundai's electric vehicle line-up. The sub-brand is slated to aid Hyundai to achieve a targeted one million electric vehicle sales annually by 2025, with the Ioniq brand projected to contribute 560,000 of those sales.
