The politics of Singapore takes the form of a parliamentary representative democratic republic whereby the President of Singapore is the head of state, the Prime Minister of Singapore is the head of government, and of a multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the Cabinet from the parliament, and to a lesser extent, the president. Cabinet has the general direction and control of the Government and is accountable to Parliament. There are three separate branches of government: the legislature, executive and judiciary abiding by the Westminster system. Singapore has been described as being a de facto one-party state.
Eswatini, officially the Kingdom of Eswatini and formerly named Swaziland, is a landlocked country in Southern Africa. It is bordered by Mozambique to its northeast and South Africa to its north, west, south, and southeast. At no more than 200 kilometres (120 mi) north to south and 130 kilometres (81 mi) east to west, Eswatini is one of the smallest countries in Africa; despite this, its climate and topography are diverse, ranging from a cool and mountainous highveld to a hot and dry lowveld.
The Workers' Party is a major centre-left political party in Singapore and is one of the three contemporary political parties represented in Parliament, alongside the ruling People's Action Party (PAP) and the opposition Progress Singapore Party (PSP). It is currently the largest opposition party in Parliament. It is also one of the oldest parties active in the country, having contested every parliamentary election since 1959. The WP is the only political party other than the ruling PAP with elected constituency MPs in Parliament since the 2011 general election.
The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory is the unicameral legislature of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). It sits in the Legislative Assembly Building on Civic Square, close to the centre of the city of Canberra.
The Pan-African Parliament (PAP), also known as the African Parliament, is the legislative body of the African Union and held its inaugural session in March 2004. The PAP exercises oversight, and has advisory and consultative powers, lasting for the first five years. Initially the seat of the Pan-African Parliament was in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, but it was later moved to Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. The goal in establishing the parliament was creating a space where people from all states of Africa could meet, deliberate, and pass some policy on issues that effect the entire continent of Africa.
The Parliament of Eswatini is bicameral, consisting of a lower chamber and an upper one. Some of the members of both chambers are elected, while the rest are appointed by the King of Eswatini. Election is by secret ballot in a first-past-the-post system of voting. Members of both chambers serve for five-year terms. All candidates run on a non-partisan basis, as political parties are banned.
Dr. Fernando José de França Dias Van-Dúnem is an Angolan political figure who was the First Vice-President of the African Union's Pan-African Parliament. He is a member of the ruling Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA) and served as Prime Minister of Angola twice during the 1990s.
Idriss Ndélé Moussa Yayami was a dental surgeon, academic and politician. He was the president of the African Union's Pan-African Parliament from 2009–2012. He became president on 29 May 2009. The other leading contenders for the presidency were Sawadogo Lassane and Mostefa Abdelaziz El-Gendy. Moussa received a majority of votes of the members of the Pan-African Parliament.
The House of Assembly of Eswatini is the lower chamber of the country's bicameral Parliament. The Assembly may debate and pass bills.
The Senate of Eswatini is the upper chamber of the country's bicameral Parliament. The Senate may debate or pass a bill, with the exception of a "money bill", which must first be introduced in the lower chamber, the House of Assembly.

Ong Ye Kung is a Singaporean politician who has been serving as Minister for Health since 2021. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Sembawang Central ward of Sembawang GRC since 2015. Within the PAP, he holds the position of the party's Central Executive Committee Assistant Treasurer.
General elections were held in Singapore on Friday, 11 September 2015 to elect 89 members to the Parliament of Singapore across 29 constituencies. Parliament was dissolved and the general election called by President Tony Tan on 25 August, at the request of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. It elected members of parliament to the 13th Parliament of Singapore since Singapore's independence in 1965, using the first-past-the-post electoral system.

Zaqy bin Mohamad is a Singaporean politician who has been serving as Senior Minister of State for Manpower, and Defence since 2020. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Marsiling ward of Marsiling–Yew Tee GRC since 2020. He was also Deputy Government Whip from 2019 to 2020 and has been Deputy Leader of the House in Parliament since 2020.

The Sive Siyinqaba National Movement is a political party in Eswatini. It is led by former Minister of Tourism Musa Nkambule and calls for a constitutional monarchy as a replacement for the absolute monarchy currently in place in Eswatini. Sive Siyinqaba National Movement also calls for a government by the people, for the people.
