Matthew Mark Bollant (born March 13, 1971) [1] is the head coach for the Bryan Lions women's basketball team. Previously, he was the head women's basketball coach at Eastern Illinois University [2] and served as the head women's basketball coach at the University of Illinois, and before that, he served as head coach of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Phoenix women's basketball team. In 2011, he led the Phoenix to its first Sweet Sixteen appearance. [3] He came to the Phoenix after serving as the head coach at Bryan College for five seasons and as an assistant coach at Indiana and Evansville for two and one seasons, respectively. [4]

The Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) is a collegiate athletic conference which operates in the Midwestern and Southeastern United States. It participates in Division I of the NCAA; the conference's football programs compete in partnership with the Big South Conference in the Football Championship Subdivision, the lower of two levels of Division I football competition. The OVC has 11 members, six of which compete in football in the conference.
Amanda Kay Levens is an American women's college basketball coach. She is currently the head coach at the University of Nevada. Previously, she was hired as head coach at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in 2008, when the school began a five-year transition to the NCAA's Division I. From 2012 to 2017, she was associate head coach at Arizona State before being hired at Nevada as head coach.
Bennie Allen Purcell was a basketball player who became a tennis coach at Murray State University, coaching the Racers for 28 years. His teams won 11 Ohio Valley Conference men's tennis championships, and he was eight times selected OVC Men's Tennis Coach of the Year.
The Nebraska Cornhuskers women's basketball team represents the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in the Big Ten Conference of NCAA Division I. They finished with a record of 9–21 overall, 2–14 in Big Ten play for a last place finish. They lost in the first round of the 2014 Big Ten Conference women's basketball tournament to Iowa.

The 2018 Ohio Valley Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Ohio Valley Conference held from October 26 through November 4, 2018. The first round and quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites hosted by the #3 and #4 seeds, while the semifinals and final took place at Skyhawk Soccer Field in Martin, Tennessee. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of four rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Murray State Racers were the defending champions and successfully defended their title with a 2–1 win over the Tennessee-Martin Skyhawks in the final. The conference tournament title was the fourth for the Murray State women's soccer program and the third for head coach Jeremy Groves.
