Michael van Lingen (born 24 October 1997) is a Namibian cricketer. [2] In January 2016, he was named in Namibia's squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. [3] He was one of the most successful bowlers at the tournament, and was also praised during Namibia's surprise victory over South Africa when he walked after being caught behind despite the umpire not giving him out. [4] He made his first-class debut for Northerns on 3 March 2016 in the Sunfoil 3-Day Cup tournament. [5]

In March 2021, he was named in Namibia's Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for the series against Uganda, [6] and in September 2021 in Namibia's squad for the 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. [7] He was also included in Namibia's T20I squad for the 2021 Summer T20 Bash, played just before the World Cup. [8] He made his T20I debut on 10 October 2021, for Namibia against Papua New Guinea. [9]

In November 2021, he was named in Namibia's One Day International (ODI) squad for the 2021 Namibia Tri-Nation Series. [10] He made his ODI debut on 26 November 2021, for Namibia against Oman. [11]

Merwe Gerhard Erasmus is a Namibian cricketer, and the current captain of the Namibia cricket team.

Jean-Pierre Kotze is a Namibian cricketer. He is a left-handed wicket-keeper and batsman. Kotze was part of Namibia's squad for the 2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Two tournament and for the 2019 ICC World Cricket League Division Two tournament. Namibia finished in the top four places in the tournament, therefore gaining One Day International (ODI) status. Kotze made his ODI debut on 27 April 2019, against Oman, in the tournament's final.

Johannes Jonathan Smit is a Namibian cricketer who made his debut for the Namibian national side in February 2012, aged 16.

Michiel du Preez is a Namibian cricketer. He selected as part of Namibia's squad for the 2015 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier tournament replacing Zhivago Groenewald. In August 2018, he was included in Namibia's squad for the 2018 Africa T20 Cup, and was the leading run-scorer for Namibia in the tournament, with 164 runs in four matches.

The 2019 ICC World Cricket League Division Two was an international cricket tournament that took place in April 2019 in Namibia. It was contested by six teams; Canada, Hong Kong, Oman, Papua New Guinea, the United States and tournament hosts Namibia. It formed part of the 2017–19 cycle of the World Cricket League (WCL) which determined the qualification for the 2023 Cricket World Cup. The final and third-place playoff match were granted One Day International (ODI) status by the International Cricket Council. Namibia won the tournament, after they beat Oman by 145 runs in the final. It was Namibia's first win in an ODI match, and it was the first ever ODI match played by Oman.

Sandeep Goud is an Indian-born cricketer who plays for the Oman national cricket team. In February 2019, he was named in Oman's Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for the 2018–19 Oman Quadrangular Series in Oman. He made his T20I debut against the Netherlands on 15 February 2019. Five days prior to his T20I debut, he played in Oman's Development XI team, in a 20-over fixture against Ireland, top-scoring with 55 not out. He made his List A debut against Scotland on 19 February 2019, following the 2018–19 Oman Quadrangular Series.

Kabua Morea is a Papua New Guinean cricketer. Morea was named in the Papua New Guinea (PNG) squads for the 2012 Under-19 Cricket World Cup and the 2014 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He also represented PNG in the men's cricket tournament at the 2015 Pacific Games, finishing the tournament as PNG's leading wicket-taker with 12 dismissals.
