Mikyla Dodd (born 1978, in Blackburn) is an English actress who is most famous for playing the role of Chloe Bruce in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks from 2000 until 2004.

Memoir

On 28 June 2007, Dodd's memoir The Fat Girl from Hollyoaks, a record of her weight problems as a teenager and life as an actress in a British television soap opera, was published by Hodder & Stoughton. [2] [3] The paperback version was released under the title Playing the Fat Girl. [4] Mikyla went to Billinge High School.

The show then switched to celebrity participants, and continued until 2006, with Dale Winton as host since the series two.

Hollyoaks began airing on Channel 4 in the United Kingdom on 23 October 1995. The target audience was that of teenagers and it initially dramatised the lives of seven of that age group who lived in Hollyoaks, a fictional suburb in the city of Chester in Cheshire, England.
