Tony Steven Casillas is an American former professional football player who was a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) from 1986 through 1997. He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners, winning an NCAA national championship in 1985, when he also won the Lombardi Award and was the UPI Lineman of the Year. Casillas was also part of the Dallas Cowboys back to back victories in Super Bowl XXVII and XXVIII, both against the Buffalo Bills. In 2004, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.
Stanley Paul Jones was an American football guard and defensive tackle who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Chicago Bears and the Washington Redskins. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1991. Jones is credited as the first professional player to use weight training to improve his conditioning for football.
Michael Glenn Sinclair is an American former professional football player and coach. He played defensive end for 11 seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Seattle Seahawks and the Philadelphia Eagles. He was drafted in the sixth round of the 1991 NFL Draft by the Seahawks. Sinclair was a three-time Pro Bowler in 1996, 1997 and 1998. He led the NFL in sacks in 1998 with 16.5, which is also the Seahawks single season franchise record.
Stanley Palmer Richard, nicknamed "the Sheriff", is an American former professional football player who was a safety for eight seasons in the National Football League (NFL) for the San Diego Chargers and Washington Redskins. He played college football for the Texas Longhorns, earning first-team All-American honors in 1990. In the NFL, he was the starting strong safety for the Chargers in Super Bowl XXIX.

He worked as the defensive line coach at Idaho from 2017 until being named defensive tackles coach at Utah in 2022. He has four sons that also play football: Kaden, Christian, Noah, and Jonah.

Morris "Moe" Gardner Jr. is a former American football defensive tackle. He played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for the Atlanta Falcons (1991–1996). Moe Gardner graduated from Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign where he was a two-time consensus All-American in 1989 and 1990. He was selected as the only active player named to Illinois' All-Century team in 1990 and ranks second in school history in career tackles for loss. He was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year earning the honor in both 1989 and 1990. He was also named as a finalist for both the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi Award. Gardner was drafted in the fourth round by the Atlanta Falcons in 1991. 1993 is arguably considered to be his strongest season. That year, he recorded 128 tackles leading the Falcons’ defensive linemen and finishing second overall on the team. In January 2022, Gardner was announced as a member of the 2022 class of the College Football Hall of Fame.
