Kota Bharu, colloquially referred to as KB, is a town in Malaysia that serves as the state capital and royal seat of Kelantan. It is situated in the northeastern part of Peninsular Malaysia and lies near the mouth of the Kelantan River.

Ch-9 Media Sdn. Bhd., operating as TV9 is a Malaysian free-to-air television network owned and operated by Media Prima Berhad. It airs programming that tends mostly towards the Malay demographic. The channel formerly existed as Channel 9 from 9 September 2003 until 3 February 2005 due to financial difficulties faced by the operator and relaunched as TV9 on 22 April 2006. It started broadcasting 24 hours a day on 6 May 2019.
Radio Television Brunei is the national public broadcaster of Brunei, headquartered at the Secretariat Building, Bandar Seri Begawan. Radio Brunei made its first broadcast on 2 May 1957, with a television service starting on 1 March 1975. Astro Radio owns and manages 13 private radio stations which are transmitted through the FM radio spectrum. As of November 2021, Astro Radio still remains as the number one and largest radio network company in Malaysia with 77.7% of Peninsular Malaysians and 15.6 million listeners tuning in to its stations weekly, together with its Media Prima counterpart, Media Prima Audio, according to the GfK Radio Audience Measurement (RAM) Wave 1 in October 2021. Era being at top of the list with the most audience reach estimated at 6,000,000 listeners, followed by Sinar and Gegar.
Fly FM is an English-language Malaysian private radio station owned by Media Prima Audio, a radio broadcasting subsidiary of Malaysian media conglomerate, Media Prima. It was launched on 3 October 2005 and targets listeners aged between fifteen and thirty years old. Fly FM is the second most popular English radio station in Malaysia, besides being the fastest growing radio station in the country. The music on Fly FM is aired in both English and Malay.

In 2015, as according to Nielsen RAM Survey Wave #1, Sinar maintained its position as Malaysia's second leading Malay-language station with over 3.7 million listeners.
Raaga is a Malaysian Tamil-language radio station operated by Astro Radio. In 2015, as according to Nielsen RAM Survey Wave #1, THR Raaga maintained its position as Malaysia's leading Tamil-language station with over two million listeners. It also emerged as South East Asia's No.1 Tamil radio station by beating state-owned Minnal FM and Singapore-based Oli 96.8FM.
Gegar is a Malaysian Malay language radio station operated by Astro Radio. The radio station targets East Coast Peninsular listeners and plays music from local artists, as well as some Islamic-related content. In late 2017, the former THR Gegar is rated as the No. 1 radio brand in the East Coast with 2.8 million weekly listeners by the GfK's Wave 2 Radio Audience Measurement (RAM). The rebranding on 1 January 2018 removed the "THR" name from Gegar, and the change also happened to Raaga.
RTM TV Okey is a Malaysian free-to-air television channel operated by Radio Televisyen Malaysia dedicated to East Malaysians and urban youths. It was launched on 21 March 2018 and airs programmes in English, Malay, and East Malaysian languages such as Bajau, Dusun, Kadazan (Sabah) and Iban (Sarawak).
2020–2021 Malaysian floods is an event when several states in Malaysia were flooded in late 2020 and early 2021. Floods caused about tens of thousands of people to be evacuated to evacuation centers. The floods also claimed several lives, causing almost all types of land transport in the areas affected by the floods to be cut off.
Kool 101 is a Malaysian private radio station owned by Media Prima Berhad through its radio subsidiary, Media Prima Audio, which broadcasts in the Malay language. It was launched on 1 March 2016. It is the fourth radio station from Media Prima Audio after Eight FM, Fly FM, Hot FM and before Molek FM. The radio station is based on the acquisition of Laureate Sdn. Bhd. in October 2015, which owns Ultra FM and Pi Mai FM. Kool 101 is the first Media Prima radio station to remove the "FM" suffix from its brand name.
Haliza Hanim Abd Halim is a Malaysian singer, actress, songwriter and businesswoman. She started his career in the Malaysian music industry at the age of 17 after winning as the runner-up in the Golden Teen Search singing competition organized by Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) in 1996. After the program ended, she was proposed to by a recording company, Suria Records.
