Mom at Sixteen is a 2005 Lifetime Television film about a sixteen-year-old mother, dealing with problems at school and her decaying relationship with her mother, because of her seeing her boyfriend for the first time since before her son was born.
Sixteen-year-old Jacey Jeffries (Danielle Panabaker) has recently given birth to her son Charley. Instead of giving him up for adoption as planned, she chose to keep him. Her mother, Terry (Mercedes Ruehl) pretends Charley is hers, allowing Jacey to lead a relatively normal life as she prepares to graduate. Jacey still holds feelings for Charley's father, college student Brad, and feels guilty that Brad is unaware Charley exists. Her attempts to contact Brad fail due to her own anxiety.
At her new school, Jacey criticizes several students' promiscuity during a class discussion. Her opinions lead health teacher Donna Cooper (Jane Krakowski) to take a special interest in her. Donna's husband, swim coach Bob (Colin Ferguson), convinces Jacey to join the swim team. Jacey passes out after taking tranquilizers stolen from her mother and ends up in the hospital. Donna and Bob, unable to conceive, are devastated to discover their latest round of in-vitro fertilization has failed.
After seeing Jacey with Charley, Donna asks Jacey if Charley is her son. Although she lies, other students witness the interaction and begin to believe Jacey is Charley's mother, subsequently bullying and ostracizing her. When the truth is eventually exposed, the other students begin to criticize her hypocrisy. She soon begins attending a support group for teen mothers.
After another bullying incident, Jacey leaves to visit Brad. After spending the day together, Jacey finally tells Brad about Charley. Brad reacts poorly to the news and leaves. Upon returning home, Jacey gets into an argument with Terry, who tells her to take responsibility for her actions and appreciate the sacrifices Terry has made to help her. Jacey turns to Donna for advice, who convinces her to tell Terry she wants to be a proper mother figure to Charley.
Weeks later, Brad arrives at Jacey's house to apologize and repair his relationship with her. However, when Jacey learns Brad's parents will only help if a DNA test is done to prove Brad is the father, she feels betrayed and leaves him.
At school, Jacey gives a speech on sex education and teenage pregnancy, using examples from her friends from the support group. Her former bullies applaud her, having a newfound respect for her honesty and sensibility. Jacey's sister Macy gives her a DVD she had put together for Charley to watch when he is older. After Jacey and Terry watch it together, the two reconcile. Later, Donna receives a call that her and Bob have been approved to adopt a baby. They later discover that it is Charley, having been given up by Terry and Jacey to give him the best life possible.
Five years later, Bob and Donna have a new baby daughter, and Charley is beginning his first day of kindergarten, with Jacey, Donna, and Bob all present. Bob records Charley, who tells the camera that while Donna and Jacey are both his moms, Jacey is his "special" mom because he is the "only one who knows how her heart feels from inside her." It is implied that Donna and Bob were the couple who was originally going to adopt Charley before Jacey changed her mind.

Danielle Nicole Panabaker is an American actress. She began acting as a teenager and came to prominence for her roles in the Disney films Stuck in the Suburbs (2004), Sky High (2005) and Read It and Weep (2006), and in the HBO miniseries Empire Falls (2005). She won three Young Artist Awards: for guest-starring in an episode of the legal drama television series The Guardian (2004), for her lead role in the TV film Searching for David's Heart (2005) and for her ensemble performance in the family comedy film Yours, Mine & Ours (2005).

Thorne Forrester is a fictional character on CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. The character was played by Clayton Norcross from the show's premiere in 1987 until 1989, by Jeff Trachta from 1989 until 1996 and Winsor Harmon from 1996 to 2016. In September 2017, Harmon announced that the role of Thorne was to be recast, and several days after, it was announced that daytime veteran Ingo Rademacher had been cast in the role; he made his first appearance on November 27, 2017. Rademacher departed the role in February 2019. Harmon briefly returned to the role in March 2022, and once again in December of the following year.

It stars Irene Worth, Mercedes Ruehl, and Richard Dreyfuss. It was the first theatrical feature film to be edited on Avid Media Composer. It was the last film to use the 1981-1993 Columbia Pictures logo.
Anita Roy is a fictional character from the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, played by Saira Choudhry. Choudhry was cast in 2008 as part of the new Roy family and arrived in November and stayed in the serial for 2 years before she left Hollyoaks on 20 January 2011. Her more notable storylines include being racially bullied, which was nominated for an award at the Inside Soap Awards and which led to her self-harming storyline. In her time on the show she also discovered that she is adopted and began an on-line relationship. Anita also suffered an identity crisis.

Bill Spencer Jr. is the previously unknown illegitimate son of media mogul, Bill Spencer, a character that appeared from the series premiere until 1994 and then only sporadically afterwards. He is also the half-brother of Karen Spencer and the late Caroline Forrester. He was born in early March 1963.
Donna Windsor is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera Emmerdale. She was originally played by Sophie Jeffery until 1997. Actress Verity Rushworth took over the role in 1998. She made her first appearance in the show on 31 August 1993. Donna departed on 30 January 2009. At the time of her departure, Donna was the third longest running character on Emmerdale. It was announced on 8 January 2014 that Rushworth had decided to reprise her role as Donna for five months. She returned on 19 March 2014 and it was revealed that Donna was terminally ill with lung cancer. Donna committed suicide on 14 August 2014, after throwing herself and Gary North from a multi-storey car park to her death, but made her final appearance the following day, on 15 August 2014.
