Moyola Park Golf Club

Moyola Park Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course set in 130 acres (53 hectares) of mature wooded parkland in the Shanemullagh Estate at Castledawson, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It was founded in 1977 by James Chichester-Clark (former Prime Minister of Northern Ireland) and his wife on family land at Moyola Park. [1] The River Moyola runs through the course.

The club has recently completed an extensive development programme.

Moyola Park Association Football Club is an intermediate, Northern Irish football club playing in the NIFL Premier Intermediate League. Club colours are royal blue and yellow. They are currently managed by Stephen Hughes. The club won the inaugural Irish Cup in 1881.

Moyola Park is a country estate near Castledawson, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It is currently the home of Lady Moyola, widow of Lord Moyola, former Prime Minister of Northern Ireland. The estate is 450 acres (1.8 km2) and is home to Moyola Park Golf Club, which built by Lord & Lady Moyola. Moyola house was built in 1713 by Joshua Dawson, Chief-Secretary under Queen Anne, who built the Mansion House on Dawson Street, Dublin in 1710. The Mansion House was sold to the Dublin Corporation in 1715, for £3,500, and it has since become the official residence of the Lord Mayor of Dublin.
