Mukti Morcha Samuha

Mukti Morcha Samuha (Nepali for 'Liberation Front Group') was an underground communist group in Nepal. Formed in 1976 following a split from the Communist Party of Nepal of Pushpa Lal Shrestha, it was led by student leader Madan Kumar Bhandari. Other leading figures in the group were Jibaraj Ashrit and Modanath Prasrit. [1]

Mukti Morcha Samuha merged into the All Nepal Communist Revolutionary Coordination Committee (Marxist-Leninist) in 1977. [2]

Rayamjhi's new party held a 'Special Congress' in March 1984. The congress elected Rayamjhi as the general secretary of the new formation. After 1985, the party became largely dormant. By 1986 there were reports that Rayamjhi had been however soon expelled from the party, which after his expulsion took the name 'Matri Samuha'.

Madan Bhandari

Nepal RatnaMadan Kumar Bhandari, commonly known as Madan Bhandari, was a popular Nepali political leader belonging to the Communist Party of Nepal, a democratic communist party in Nepal. He defeated the incumbent Prime Minister Krishna Prasad Bhattarai in the 1991 general election. Known for his charismatic style, Bhandari had propounded the popular communist principle or thought "People's Multiparty Democracy". He is widely regarded for peaking the Nepal's communist movement to a greater height. He died in a jeep accident in Dasdhunga, Chitwan, in 1993.

It was formed on November 15, 2005 through the merger of the Communist Party of Nepal (Marxist-Leninist-Maoist) and the Nepal Samyabadi Party (Marksbadi-Leninbadi-Maobadi). Nepal Federal Socialist Party is a political party in Nepal. The party was formed on 17 December 2016 by Mohammad Rizwan Ansari.

Jibaraj Ashrit was a Nepali communist revolutionary. He was part of the Mukti Morcha Samuha. He died in a vehicular accident in Dasdhunga, Chitwan on 16 May 1993 while travelling with another communist leader, Madan Bhandari. He was the head of Organisation department of CPN UML at the time of his death.

Mahagathbandhan is a coalition of political parties in the state of Jharkhand in India, formed before the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.
