The Supreme Court of Oklahoma is a court of appeal for non-criminal cases,one of the two highest judicial bodies in the U.S. state of Oklahoma,and leads the judiciary of Oklahoma,the judicial branch of the government of Oklahoma.
Marian Peter Opala was a Polish-American lawyer and jurist who served as a justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court from 1978 to 2010. Opala was appointed to the state's highest court in 1978 by Governor David Boren. Prior to his appointment as a Supreme Court Justice,Opala served the State of Oklahoma in various positions,including Assistant County Attorney for Oklahoma County,Administrative Director of the Oklahoma State Court System,and as a judge on the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court.
Yvonne Kauger is an associate justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court,and was appointed to the Court's District 4 seat by Governor George Nigh in 1984,and served as chief justice from 1997 to 1998. She was born in New Cordell,Oklahoma,and grew up in Colony,Oklahoma,and is an honorary member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma. Kauger founded the Gallery of the Plains Indian in Colony,Oklahoma and is also the co-founder of the Red Earth organization. Kauger also serves as Symposium Coordinator of the Sovereignty Symposium. Kauger was inducted into the Oklahoma Women's Hall of Fame in 2001.
Joseph M. Watt is a former Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court,who assumed the post in 1992. He was reelected in 1994,1996,and 2002. From 2003 to 2007,he served two terms as Chief Justice. In 2005,he was reelected to an unprecedented second term as Chief Justice,despite a federal age discrimination lawsuit filed by the Court's then-Vice Chief Justice Marian P. Opala,then 83 years old,who claimed Supreme Court rules were changed to prevent Opala from becoming chief justice. Justice Watt sent a letter to Governor Mary Fallin on October 2,2017,stating that he would retire from the Oklahoma Supreme Court effective December 31,2017.

James Winchester is an American lawyer and judge who is currently an associate justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court,District 5. He had a two-year term as chief justice of the Supreme Court beginning in 2007 and was re-elected to this position in November 2016.
Ralph B. Hodges was born and raised in Anadarko,Oklahoma. He earned his J. D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. After serving as Bryan County Attorney and as District Judge,Hodges was appointed to the Oklahoma Supreme Court by Governor Henry Bellmon on April 19,1965,as Associate Justice,where he would serve until his retirement from the Court in 2004. During that time he also served as Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court from 1977–1978 and 1993–1994.

Russell M. Perry is an American businessman,banker,publisher,and broadcaster from Oklahoma. Perry served as the Oklahoma Secretary of Commerce from 1999 to 2000,having been appointed by governor of Oklahoma Frank Keating. Perry was the first African American to hold that position. After being nominated by Keating,Perry was never confirmed by the Oklahoma Senate. Perry's appointment became a central issue in the 2001 Oklahoma Supreme Court case Keating v. Edmondson.
Douglas L. Combs is an associate justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry to the Oklahoma Supreme Court,effective January 1,2011,filling a vacancy created by the retirement of Justice Rudolph Hargrave. Combs was selected to become Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court,effective December 1,2016 and served until December 31,2018.

Alma Bell Wilson was an Oklahoma attorney who was appointed as the second female district judge in the state of Oklahoma in 1975. In 1982,she was elevated as the first woman to serve on the Oklahoma Supreme Court and between 1995 and 1997 was the first woman chief justice. Wilson was honored by many awards in her lifetime including induction into the Oklahoma Women's Hall of Fame,the Oklahoma Hall of Fame and was named Appellate Judge of the Year in both 1986 and 1989.

Dana Lynn Kuehn is an American attorney and judge from Tulsa,Oklahoma who has served on the Supreme Court of Oklahoma since 2021;she was appointed by Governor Kevin Stitt on July 26,2021. Kuehn had previously been a Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals Judge after her appointment by the Governor of Oklahoma Mary Fallin on October 2,2017. Kuehn is the first woman to serve on both of the state's high courts,the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals.
