The North Galaxy Towers (French : Tours North Galaxy; Dutch : North Galaxytorens) are twin 28-storey skyscrapers on the Boulevard du roi Albert II/Koning Albert II-laan in the Northern Quarter central business district of Brussels, Belgium. There is a third building in the complex which is 6 storeys tall. The first two floors are shared by all three buildings. [1]
The two towers are 107 metres (351 ft) tall, placing them amongst the tallest buildings in Belgium. The complex has 110,000 m2 (1,200,000 sq ft) of office space above ground and 46,000 m2 (500,000 sq ft) below ground. [1] About 8,000 m2 (86,000 sq ft) of the space below ground is used for archives. [1] There are a total of 35 elevators in the complex. [1]
The towers were originally conceived as part of an eight-building Brussels World Trade Center (WTC) complex, but were splintered off into a separate project. [3] The construction of the towers began in 2002 and was completed in 2004.
The complex is being leased by the Belgian Federal Government. It houses the Federal Public Financial Service and other governmental bodies, with all three buildings used for administration and management. [4]

The office towers encompass 158,000 m2 (1,700,000 sq ft) of rentable office space with the complex also containing 23,000 m2 (250,000 sq ft) of retail and underground parking area. A glass-enclosed walkway provides shelter and easy access to the surrounding buildings.

The Sail @ Marina Bay is a waterfront lifestyle condominium located in the Marina Bay area in Singapore. It was completed in 2008. The first tenants have moved into Central Park Tower in July 2008. Residents moved into Marina Bay Tower a few weeks later. The structure of The Sail is 245 m (804 ft) with 70 storeys and is one of Singapore's tallest condominia/apartment buildings. This development offers panoramic city view of Marina Bay and the sea. It is close to some of Singapore's famous landmarks such as Suntec City, Marina Bay Sands, Esplanade, Telok Ayer Market and the Singapore River. The Downtown MRT station is built a few meters to the West of the building. The building was erected on reclaimed land, and the Central Linear Park is built on the South Side next to the building.
Naberezhnaya Tower is an office complex composed of two skyscrapers and a high-rise located on plot 10 in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) in Moscow, Russia with a total area of 254,000 m2 (2,730,000 sq ft). The buildings are named after the first three letters of the alphabet and from the lowest height to the tallest: the 17-story tall Tower A, the 27-story tall Tower B, and the 59-story tall Tower C. Construction of the complex started in 2003, with Tower A being completed in 2004, Tower B in 2005, and Tower C in 2007.

The skyscrapers are named Towers 1 and 2, with the latter being the tallest, and the high-rise just known as the IQ-quarter hotel or Tower 3. Construction of the complex began in 2008 and finished in 2016.
