"Bo Peep Bo Peep" is a song by South Korean girl group T-ara. It is the first lead track from the album Absolute First Album, the other being "Like The First Time" (Korean: 처음처럼). The song won 5 weekly number one awards on KBS Music Bank and SBS Inkigayo. It was later re-recorded in Japanese for the group's debut single, which was released on September 28, 2011. "Roly-Poly" won three weekly music program awards on M Countdown and Inkigayo. Only a month after release, the song accumulated over US$2.3 million in digital sales with over $280,000 per day. Despite peaking at number two on the Gaon Digital Chart, it went on to become the best-selling song of 2011 in South Korea with over 4,000,000 digital downloads, the highest figure for a K-pop girl group single on Gaon in the 2010s.
Lee Ho-yang, known professionally as Shinsadong Tiger, was a South Korean music producer and songwriter. After debuting in 2001 at the age of 18, he still worked several odd jobs to fund his music career. He was a prominent figure in the Korean pop music industry and is responsible for a number of popular songs. In 2010, he was named the "New Generation Producer" at the 18th Korean Culture Entertainment Awards, and in 2011, he was named one of the most influential figures in the South Korean music industry by OSEN. Lee also started his own label, AB Entertainment, in which he debuted his own girl group, EXID.

Jewelry Box is the second studio album and first Japanese release by the South-Korean girl group T-ara. The album was a commercial success peaking at 2 on the official Oricon weekly albums and receiving a Gold certification from RIAJ. A tour was held starting from July 2012 to promote the album which attracted 40,000 spectators.
"Lovey-Dovey" is a song by South Korean girl group T-ara from their fourth extended play Black Eyes (2011) repackage, Funky Town (2012). It was released as the lead single on January 3, 2012. A thirty-second teaser of "Lovey-Dovey" was unveiled at the end of their "Cry Cry" music video, with a full one-minute teaser released on November 30, 2011.

Jeon Won Diary is the debut extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group T-ara N4, a sub-unit of T-ara. It was released on April 29, 2013, and was promoted by the lead single of the same name. The song was written and produced by Duble Sidekick, with additional arrangement by Hwang Ho-jin. It features a guest verse from Speed's rapper, Woo Tae-woon. Musically, "Jeon Won Diary" is a dance-pop song with elements of hip-hop, while the lyrics are about wanting to escape from the day-to-day routine.

It was released on August 7, 2013, as their first album release under Universal Music Japan sublabel EMI Records Japan in two limited editions and a regular edition. Jinx!!!Jinksu!!! (ジンクス!!!) is a 2013 Japanese romantic comedy film starring T-ara's Park Hyomin, Kento Yamazaki and Kurumi Shimizu. It was the first Japanese film starring a South Korean Idol. The film premiered at the 26th Tokyo International Film Festival on October 20, 2013, making it the first Japanese movie starring a foreign actress to do so. It also received a nomination at the 14th Nippon Connection Film Festival in Frankfurt, Germany. The film was pre-sold to multiple East Asian countries including South Korea, Hong Kong ,and Taiwan.
