OddChild Music is an independent, London-based management company and record label founded by Marc Williams in 2011.
The record label title comes from its purpose: to locate and nurture young and upcoming artists. It was revealed on 5 July 2011 that OddChild made its first signing with singer Etta Bond. Writing material for her debut release, Bond worked with producer DaVinChe – having already uploaded the demo singles "Ask Me to Stay" and "Come Over". Bond also made an appearance on British rapper Wretch 32's second studio album, Black and White , on the track "Forgiveness" – which was released on 11 December 2011 as a single.
Bond and fellow OddChild signing Raf Riley released a free collaboration EP as ExR on 20 July 2012 called Emergency Room, featuring the previously unreleased demo "Ask Me To Stay" alongside 7 other tracks. The EP includes the promotional single "Boring Bitches", featuring Lady Leshurr. The video was produced by Reuben Dangoor alongside the EP artwork, and received mixed opinions due to the controversial content shown in the video.
The EP received support from many notable artists, including Labrinth, Diplo, Professor Green and Mike Skinner amongst others. [1] "Resolve" was released in the form of a promotional video in December 2012. Both the video and artwork were made by Dangoor.
On 26 July 2013, ExR released the music video for "Big Girl's Vogue", the first promotional single from their second EP Meds. [2] The eight-track EP was released for free download on 8 August 2013.
On 13 October 2014, Etta Bond's third EP and debut solo EP, #CoolUrbanNewTalent, was released for free download. It features collaborations with Delilah, Raf Riley and Chris Loco. The video for Etta Bond's debut solo single '18' was released on 10 July 2015.
On 17 January 2015, the label released Ofei's Dreamers EP.

We Die Young is a song and single EP by the American rock band Alice in Chains, engineered and co-produced by Dave Jerden. It was released in July 1990 and is their first studio EP. Black and White is the second studio album and major label debut by British hip hop recording artist Wretch 32. The album was released in the United Kingdom on 21 August 2011 through Ministry of Sound, debuting at number four on the UK Albums Chart with first week sales of nearly 25,000 copies. The album follows his independent debut album, Wretchrospective, which was released three years earlier, in 2008. The album spawned six singles over the course of eighteen months, all of which peaked inside the UK top 50, including three top five singles, and a number one single, "Don't Go". The album includes collaborations with Ed Sheeran, Daley, Etta Bond and Example.
"Forgiveness" is a single from Tottenham-born rapper Wretch 32 that appears on his second album Black and White and features vocals from British and Odd Child Recordings-signed singer Etta Bond. The lyrical content on the song follows Wretch asking forgiveness of those around him as he attempts to pursue his dream – including his son. Cited as his favourite track from the album, the song was selected as the fourth single to see release in the United Kingdom and was released as a digital download on 11 December 2011. The track was edited for the official release, removing the first minute of the track in which producer Labrinth sings his version of the chorus.
Purple Naked Ladies is the debut studio album by American soul band The Internet, a duo consisting of Syd tha Kyd and Matt Martians of Odd Future at the time. The digital version of the album was released on December 20, 2011, with a physical copy, with bonus tracks released on January 31, 2012. The album is the first physically released album on Odd Future's own record label Odd Future Records.
Glory is the debut extended play (EP) by Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, released as a free digital download on 30 July 2012, by Grand Hustle Records. The EP serves as her first project with T.I.'s label since the announcement of her signing back in March 2012. The EP features guest appearances from T.I., who also serves as the project's executive producer, along with fellow rappers B.o.B and Pusha T, as well as singer-songwriter Mike Posner. "Playing with Fire" is a hip hop song composed and performed by British rapper Plan B, featuring vocals from the track's producer and mixer, Labrinth. The song was released on 3 December 2012 as the fourth and final single from the ill Manors soundtrack, a film which Plan B also directed.

Henrietta "Etta" Bond is a British singer-songwriter. She was the first signing to OddChild Music, partially owing to Bond becoming friends with Labrinth thanks to a fluke Myspace encounter.
Martijn Gerard Garritsen, known professionally as Martin Garrix and also as Ytram and GRX, is a Dutch DJ and record producer who was ranked number one on DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs list for three consecutive years—2016, 2017, and 2018. He is best known for his singles "Animals", "In the Name of Love", and "Scared to Be Lonely".
Rafael Greifer, better known by his stage name Raf Riley, is a record producer and artist from North London. He was formerly a member of ExR alongside Etta Bond, and is signed to OddChild Music and has released on Diplo's Mad Decent label. ExR released two EPs: Emergency Room and Meds. He released his own EP titled Now That's What I Call Gangster Beats!! in January 2013. Riley is also known for his comedy production: alongside Reuben "Dangerman" Dangoor, Riley is one half of the Grand Spectacular. Their 2010 single "Being A Dickhead's Cool" became a viral video, receiving over thirteen million YouTube views. Riley and Dangerman are also part of the comedy rap trio Sabotage Party alongside Ray Knotts, in which he raps as well as produces. Dangerman also designs and directs all OddChild Music artwork and ExR videos.
ExR is a musical side project of Etta Bond and Raf Riley, signed to Labrinth's record label Odd Child. The duo released their first collaborative extended play Emergency Room for free download on 20 July 2012 following a series of unreleased ExR demos. They released two promotional singles from the EP in the form of music videos. Etta also performed "Baddy" in May 2013 for SB.TV as part of their String Sessions feature alongside a string quartet. After the EP, Riley released a solo EP and Bond worked on some new material with other producers.
Achi Avelino, better known mononymously by his stage name Avelino, is a British rapper and singer of Congolese and Angolan descent from Tottenham, London, known for his "unique tone" and "deep wordplay".
FYO is the debut extended play (EP) by English rapper Avelino. It was produced in its entirety by Raf Riley, and released for free download through OddChild Music, on 7 April 2016. The project was also released onto the iTunes Store on 11 April 2016, accompanied by two bonus tracks. It spawned one single; "Welcome to the Future", which premiered on 31 March 2016, a week before the rest of the project.
Ashton Nicole Casey, known professionally as Ashnikko, is an American singer, rapper, and songwriter. She rose to prominence with her 2019 single "Stupid" with (Yung) Baby Tate, which gained viral popularity on the video-sharing platform TikTok and was certified platinum in the United States and Canada. Ashnikko's debut mixtape, Demidevil, was released in January 2021, and spawned the singles "Daisy" and "Slumber Party" featuring Princess Nokia.
