Omid-e-Iran OITN (English: Hope of Iran) is an American television network, inaugurated in 1995. [1] The original mission was to broadcast television content and news to the Iranian American community of Southern California, however the scope broadened to the international Iranian community. [2] [ when? ][ citation needed ] The network was founded by Nader Rafiee, who started their journalist career on IRTV. [1] Omid-e-Iran has programming in English and Farsi languages. [1]

"Greater Grand Forks" is the name used by some people to designate the twin cities of Grand Forks, North Dakota and East Grand Forks, Minnesota, together with their surrounding areas. The two cities lie directly across from each other on both sides of the Red River of the North, but Grand Forks, with a population of 52,838, is more than five times larger than East Grand Forks, with a population of 8,601. The metropolitan area includes all of the related two counties in the two states: Grand Forks County in North Dakota and Polk County in Minnesota. As of the 2010 census, the MSA had a population of 98,461, and in 2020 estimates placed the total population at 100,381.

Omid R. Kordestani is an Iranian-American businessman who is a member of the board at Twitter and was previously the Executive Chairman at Twitter from October 2015 to June 2020. He was a Senior Vice President, the Chief Business Officer, and most recently a special advisor to the CEO and founders at Google from July 2014 to October 2015 and was a director of Vodafone from March 2013 to October 2014. Kordestani had also previously been at Google from May 1999 to April 2009, reaching the position of Senior Vice President for Worldwide Sales and Field Operations.

LAT TV was a Spanish-language television network emphasizing family-oriented and educational programming. It was owned by Latin America Broadcasting of Houston, Texas and launched in May 2006, initially on five low-power television stations in Texas and Arizona, four of which were in top-ten Hispanic markets.
