PVN Tower is a proposed skyscraper project that will be built in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Ocean Bank and Petrovietnam Construction Corporation publicly declared this project on May 7, 2010 in Hanoi. It will be a 102-story tower and is expected to be the tallest building in Vietnam. The estimated investment cost will be more than $ 1 billion. The tower will be used for commercial and financial activities. On March 31, 2011, Petrovietnam reclaimed they would cut the height of the tower due to economic reasons. The building is now planned to have 79 stories and is expected to be about 400 metres (1,300 ft) high.

Wholly owned by the Vietnamese central government, it is responsible for all oil and gas resources in the country and has become its country's largest oil producer and second-largest power producer.

Sơn Tây, Hanoi Town in Hanoi, Vietnam

Sơn Tây is a district-level town in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. It was the capital of Sơn Tây province before merging with Hà Đông province to form Hà Tây province in 1965. Sơn Tây lies 35 km west of the capital Hanoi. It had a city status in Hà Tây province. However, when Hà Tây was absorbed into Hanoi, Sơn Tây was demoted from a city to a town.

The Bow (skyscraper)

The Bow is a 158,000-square-metre (1,700,000 sq ft) office building in downtown Calgary, Alberta, which was the headquarters of oil and gas companies Encana and Cenovus. The 236 metre (774 ft) building is currently the second tallest office tower in Calgary, since construction of Cenovus' Brookfield Place; and the third tallest in Canada outside Toronto. The Bow is also considered the start of redevelopment in Calgary's Downtown East Village. It was completed in 2012 and was ranked among the top 10 architectural projects in the world of that year according to Azure magazine.

Bitexco Financial Tower

Bitexco Financial Tower is a skyscraper in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At its completion in 2010, it became the tallest building in Vietnam and kept this status until January 2011, when it was surpassed by Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower. With 68 floors above ground and three basements, the building has a height of 262.5 metres (861 ft), making it the second tallest building in the city, fifth tallest in Vietnam, and the 263rd tallest in the world, as of the beginning of 2018.

Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower

AON Hanoi Landmark Tower is a mixed-use supertall skyscraper in Pham Hung road, Nam Từ Liêm district, Hanoi, Vietnam. The complex consists of one 72-story mixed-use tower with the height of 350 m and two 48-story hotel twin towers. Landmark 72 is located on an area of 46,054 m2 and the total floor area is 609,673 m2, ranked 5th as the largest floor area of a single building in the world. The investor, and executor and operator, of the complex is the South Korea-based company Keangnam Enterprises, Ltd. The investment capital is estimated at US$1.05 billion.

The North–South express railway is a proposed high speed railway in Vietnam. The line would begin in Hanoi, crossing provinces and municipalities of Hanoi, Hà Tây, Hà Nam, Ninh Bình, Thanh Hóa, Nghệ An, Hà Tĩnh, Quảng Bình, Quảng Trị, Thừa Thiên-Huế, Đà Nẵng, Quảng Nam, Quảng Ngãi, Bình Định, Phú Yên, Khánh Hòa, Ninh Thuận, Bình Thuận, Đồng Nai, Bình Dương, and coming to an end in Ho Chi Minh City. The rail line would connect the two most developed areas in Vietnam which are Hanoi in the North's Red River Delta in the north and Ho Chi Minh City in the South's Mekong River Delta. The total proposed length would be 1,570 kilometres (980 mi), compared with the 1,729-kilometre (1,074 mi) of the old railway line. The cost of the line is estimated at US$55.85 billion, to be funded by official development assistance from Japan and by the Vietnamese government itself. The project is planned to be implemented in three phases: Hanoi to Vinh city (285 km); Vinh City to Nha Trang (896 km); and Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City (364 km). Construction activities on the first phase are expected to commence in 2020, and the whole project is scheduled for completion in 2050. This project is part of the country's railway transport development strategy by 2020 with a vision to 2050. The project is also part of the Trans-Asian railway network.

Lotte Center Hanoi Skyscraper in Hanoi, Vietnam

Lotte Center Hanoi is a skyscraper in Ba Đình, Hanoi, Vietnam. Completed on 2 September 2014, the tower has 65 floors. The center features a modern architectural style designed by Callison, an American company. This tower is the third tallest building in Vietnam after Landmark 81 and the Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower in Cau Giay district. Lotte Center Hanoi includes offices, a 5 star hotel, a 6th floor Lotte Department Store, serviced residences, the Evian Spa, the Lotte Mart, restaurants and an observation deck.

Saigon One Tower

Saigon One Tower, is an unfinished high-rise building located at 34A Ton Duc Thang Street, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This tower was invested by Saigon M&C and Dong A bank, totals approximately $228 million USD. The building was designed to be a 41-storey tower with three functions.

Sabeco World Trade Center is the unofficial name of a skyscraper proposed to be constructed in 2010 at 2-4-6 Hai Ba Trung, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This tower, which was not developed, was expected to have 40 floors, feature a traditional Vietnamese house, and be one of the highest buildings in Vietnam. The architect of the tower was Architect HOK International. As of 2010, the highest building in Vietnam is Bitexco Financial Tower in Ho Chi Minh City. Saigon Plaza will include offices, entertainment, shopping malls, hotel and a convention hall. The name “World Trade Center” is a trademark owned by World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), and is used under license by WTCA's global network of members in nearly 100 countries. The former Sabeco project was not licensed or authorized by WTCA.

InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 is an InterContinental hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is located on the top floors of Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower. At 346 meters, it is the tallest hotel in Hanoi, second tallest in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Landmark 81

Landmark 81 is a super-tall skyscraper in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The investor and primary developer for the project is Vinhomes, a Vietnamese corporation that is also the country's largest real-estate company. Landmark 81 is the tallest building in Vietnam, the tallest completed building in Southeast Asia, and the 15th tallest building in the world.
