Dato' Seri Amirudin bin Shari is a Malaysian politician who has served as the 16th Menteri Besar of Selangor since June 2018, Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Sungai Tua since May 2018 and Member of Parliament (MP) for Gombak since November 2022. He served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administrations under former Menteri Besar Azmin Ali from September 2014 to his promotion to the Menteri Besarship in June 2018 as well as the MLA for Batu Caves from March 2008 to May 2018. He is a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR), a component party of the PH and formerly PR coalitions. He has also served as the Vice-President of PKR since July 2022 and State Chairman of PH of Selangor since March 2020 as well as of Pahang since September 2022.
The 14th Selangor state election was held on 9 May 2018 to elect the State Assemblymen of the 14th Selangor State Legislative Assembly, the legislature of the Malaysian state of Selangor.
The Selangor State Executive Council forms the executive branch of the state government of Selangor, Malaysia. It comprises the Menteri Besar, appointed by the Sultan on the basis that he is likely to command the confidence of the majority of members of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly, and a minimum of four up to a maximum of ten members of the State Legislative Assembly. The State Government Secretary, State Legal Adviser and State Financial Officer serve as exofficio members.
The 14th Johor State election was held on 9 May 2018, concurrently with the 2018 Malaysian general election. The previous state election was held on 5 May 2013. The state assemblymen is elected to 5 years term each.

He is member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. He had served as the State Chairman of BN of Johor from 2018 to 2023. He also served as the State Chairman of UMNO of Johor from July 2018 to his removal from the position in January 2023 and Division Chief of UMNO of Pontian from 2001 to his defeat in the party elections in March 2023.

Woo Kah Leong simplified Chinese: 吴家良; traditional Chinese: 吳家良; pinyin: Wú Jiā Liáng; born 1991) is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who has served as Member of the Perak State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Barisan Nasional (BN) state administration under Menteri Besar Saarani Mohamad and Member of the Perak State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Pasir Bedamar since November 2022. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. He is also presently the youngest Perak EXCO Member and the Youth Publicity Secretary of DAP or known as the Publicity Secretary of the Youth Wing of DAP namely the DAP Socialist Youth (DAPSY).
Ean Yong Hian Wah is a Malaysian politician who has served as Chairman of the Port Klang Authority (PKA) since August 2023 and from May 2019 to his removal from the position in April 2020. He served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administrations under former Menteris Besar Khalid Ibrahim and Azmin Ali from March 2008 to May 2018 and Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Seri Kembangan from March 2008 to August 2023. He is also the son of Ean Yong Tin Sin, the former MLA of Negeri Sembilan for Lukut.
Lau Weng San is a Malaysian politician and engineer who has served as 12th Speaker of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly since September 2023. He served as Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Banting from May 2018 to August 2023 and for Kampung Tunku from March 2008 to May 2018. Anfaal binti Saari is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administration under Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari and Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Taman Templer since August 2023. She served as Member of the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ). She is a member and Division Women Chief of Gombak of the National Trust Party (AMANAH), a component party of the PH coalition. She has also served as the Deputy Women Chief of AMANAH since December 2023. She is also presently one of the only two AMANAH Selangor EXCO Members alongside Izham Hashim, one of the only two female Selangor EXCO Members alongside Jamaliah Jamaluddin and the daughter of former Hulu Kelang MLA Saari Sungib.
Mohammad Fahmi bin Ngah is a Malaysian politician who has served as a Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administration under Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari and a Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Seri Setia since August 2023. He is a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR), a component party of the PH coalition.
Leong Yu Man is a Malaysian politician and former nutritionist who has served as Member of the Pahang State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Barisan Nasional (BN) state administration under Menteri Besar Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail since December 2022 and Member of the Pahang State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Triang since May 2013. She is a member and State Organising Secretary of Pahang of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) and formerly Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalitions. She is the youngest, the only female and the only Pahang EXCO Member of DAP as well as one of the only two Pahang EXCO Members of PH and Chinese ethnicity alongside Teruntum MLA Sim Chon Siang. She is also the daughter of State Chairman of DAP of Pahang and former Triang MLA Leong Ngah Ngah. She created history as the first ever female Chinese Pahang EXCO Member.
