The Class B airport has a modern runway ready to receive aircraft with landing weight up to 220 tonnes and to hold eight Il-76 aircraft equipped with lighting, radio and navigation equipment. The airport is also increased to receive the Airbus 310.

Total throughput of 13 seaports in 2019 exceeded 160 million tons.

The number of employees at Port of Izmail as of 2009 was 2,520 people.
The Dnieper-Bug Sea Commercial Port is a seaport located in Ukraine on the left bank of the Bug estuary near the Rus' Spit, 10 miles south of the Mykolaiv Sea Commercial Port and 32 miles from the Black Sea.

The Reni port has been damaged as a result of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
