Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V. operating as Aeroméxico, is the flag carrier airline of Mexico, based in Mexico City. It operates scheduled services to more than 90 destinations in Mexico; North, South and Central America; the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. Its main base and hub is in Mexico City, with secondary hubs in Guadalajara and Monterrey. The headquarters is in the Torre MAPFRE on Paseo de la Reforma, formerly in its own building overlooking the Diana the Huntress Fountain, but moved down the street in 2017 to the Torre MAPFRE tower across from the Mexican Stock Exchange while the old building is demolished and replaced with a much taller new tower.
Compañía Mexicana de Aviación, S.A. de C.V. was Mexico's oldest airline and one of the oldest continuously single-branded airlines. It was Mexico's biggest airline and flagship airline before ceasing operations on August 28, 2010. The group's closure was announced by the company's recently installed management team a short time after the group filed for Concurso Mercantil and U.S. Chapter 15. On April 4, 2014, a judge declared Mexicana bankrupt and ordered to start selling off the company's assets to repay the airline's obligations. The headquarters of the company were in the Mexicana de Aviación Tower in Colonia del Valle, Benito Juárez, Mexico City.
Transportes Aereos del Continente Americano,, operating as Avianca El Salvador, is an airline owned by Kingsland Holdings based in El Salvador. As TACA, it still currently operates as the flag carrier of El Salvador. As Avianca El Salvador, it is one of the seven national branded airlines in the Avianca Group of Latin American airlines, and has been in operation for 75 years.

Estrellas del Aire was a Mexican passenger airline. It was established in 1991 by Estrellas de Oro, to complement their existing bus routes throughout Mexico. It was notable for being one of the first airlines in the country to be fully owned by a bus company, similar to VivaAerobús today. The airline had a fleet of 2 second-hand Douglas DC-9-10 aircraft. In 1996, the Estrellas del Aire fleet and routes out of Mexico City were acquired by Aerolíneas Internacionales and it has not operated since.
Northern Pacific Airways is an upcoming low-cost airline based in Anchorage, Alaska, United States, that plans to commence operations in Spring 2023. The airline also operates inside Alaska under the brands Ravn Alaska and Ravn Connect, and is a subsidiary of FLOAT Alaska. The airline plans to operate transpacific flights between North America and Asia, with a stopover at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. The airline's business model has been compared to that of Icelandair. Northern Pacific will allow passengers to either quickly connect to their next flight, or to have a longer multi-day stopover at Anchorage to allow passengers to sightsee in Alaska.
