Jammu Suraksha Yojana

Jammu Municipal Corporation is the first government body in the world concerning personal security of citizens.[ citation needed ] Jammu Suraksha Yojana is a collaborative initiative by REIT under ITI Limited and Jammu Municipal Corporation. [3] It is intended to provide digital security and surveillance products to the citizen of Jammu at subsidized prices. The citizens can also avail life insurance in case of death. [4] [5]

Smart School

REIT's Smart School program helps schools in India to upgrade their technology, including smart classrooms, broadcast systems for every class, digital entry at reception, integrated control rooms in campus, Wi-Fi campus, and school management Software. [6]

ITI Limited, earlier known as Indian Telephone Industries Limited, is a central public sector undertaking in India. It is under the ownership of Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India. It was founded in 1948 as a departmental factory, incorporated as a public company in 1950 and today has six manufacturing facilities at Bangalore, Naini, Mankapur, Raebareli, Palakkad and Srinagar which produce a range of switching, transmission, access and subscriber premises equipment. It is headquartered at Bangalore. It has multi-locational electronic assembly and mechanical manufacturing facilities, countrywide marketing and customer support centers and in-house R&D for absorption of technology, indigenous development of products for in-house manufacturing. It produces GSM mobile equipment at its Mankapur and Raebareli facilities. These two facilities supply more than nine million lines per annum to both domestic as well as foreign markets. The National Health Mission (NHM) was launched by the government of India in 2005 subsuming the National Rural Health Mission and National Urban Health Mission. It was further extended in March 2018, to continue until March 2020. It is headed by Mission Director and monitored by National Level Monitors appointed by the Government of India.Rural Health Mission (NRHM) and the recently launched National Urban Health Mission (NUHM). Main program components include Health System Strengthening (RMNCH+A) in rural and urban areas- Reproductive-Maternal- Neonatal-Child and Adolescent Health, and Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases. NHM envisages achievement of universal access to equitable, affordable and quality health care services that are accountable and responsive to the needs of the people.

Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) or Public Sector Enterprises (PSE) in India are government-owned enterprises in which 51 percent or more share capital is held by the Government of India or state governments or joint ventures between multiple Public Sector Enterprises. Depending on the level of government ownership, they can be broadly categorised as Central PSUs or State PSUs. National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a not-for-profit public limited company incorporated on July 31, 2008, under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (corresponding to section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013). NSDC was set up by Ministry of Finance as Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The Government of India through Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) holds 49% of the share capital of NSDC, while the private sector has the balance 51% of the share capital.

Golden Mile project was first smart street project in India. It is planned and under operational on M.G. Road in Vijayawada. The stretch from Police Control room to Benz Circle of length 2.9 km was selected for this project. It was selected as a Proof of Concept for smart city initiative of Government of Andhra Pradesh. The project was supported by Cisco Systems and was formally approved after 2 years on 2015. This project provides facilities like free Wi-Fi, Intelligent street lighting, smart parking Facility, Smart kiosks and connected transport on M.G. Road. All the equipment can be controlled and monitored by City Digital Platform (CDP) in Vijayawada Municipal Corporation office. It costs around ₹7.83 crore of which CISCO provides all the expertise and components worth ₹3.81 crore. Andhra Pradesh Urban Finance & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited shares ₹3 crore and VMC shares ₹62 lakh.

Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana is a universal health coverage scheme launched by Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik. The program extends coverage to approximately 70 lakh families, with the state government allocating a budget of 250 crore rupees. Services:

  1. Free health services are available in all state government health care facilities, starting from the subcenter level up to the district headquarter hospital level, with Swasthya Mitras deployed at help desk.
  2. Annual health coverage of Rs 5 lakhs per family and 7 lakhs per female members of the family.
<span class="mw-page-title-main">Jammu Suraksha Yojana</span>

Jammu Suraksha Yojana is a collaborative initiative by REIT under Indian Telephone Industries Limited and the Jammu municipal corporation. It began as a way to provide digital security and surveillance products to the citizens of Jammu at subsidized prices. They may also receive life insurance reimbursements of up to Rs 1,00,000 in case of death.

Smart Cities Mission, along with Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation and Urban Housing Mission was launched on 25 June 2015 under the leadership of Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. Smart City Mission is one of the pet projects of Government of India wherein the Government is aspiring to create 100 Smart cities in time to come. Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) is selected for the list of 98 smart cities declared by the Government of India for the expansion of Smart Cities Mission. Surat was selected in the first round of selected 20 Smart Cities and has implemented the largest number of projects under Smart City Mission. It received an award from Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India for its work in the areas of urban environment, mobility, transport and sustainable integrated development. The objective of Surat Smart City is 'To promote cities that provide core infrastructure and provide a decent quality of life to its citizens, a clean and sustainable environment and the application of 'Smart Solutions'. Surat Smart City Development Limited (SSCDL) was formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the implementation of the Smart City projects at the city level. Surat Smart City Development Limited was incorporated on 31 March 2016.
