Rancho was an Indian monkey [ specify ] and animal actor, [1] best known for his lead role as Rancho in popular TV detective series from the 1990s, Raja Aur Rancho , aired on DD Metro [2] [3] [4] and had acted in more than 50 Bollywood films, including Katilon Ke Kaatil (1981), Zahreelay (1990), Mera Shikar (1988) and Ahankaar (1995). Raja Aur Rancho is a detective series which aired in India on DD Metro in 1997–1998. The show is about a detective named Raja and his pet monkey Rancho. Every week, this duo solve a new crime. Famous TV Actor Mohan Bhandari played the role of Raja in initial episodes.
