The Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) is the second-largest Presbyterian church body, behind the Presbyterian Church (USA), and the largest conservative Calvinist denomination in the United States. The PCA is Reformed in theology and presbyterian in government.

Covenant Theological Seminary, informally called Covenant Seminary, is the denominational seminary of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). Located in Creve Coeur, Missouri, it trains people to work as leaders in church positions and elsewhere, especially as pastors, missionaries, and counselors. It does not require all students to be members of the PCA, but it is bound to promote the teachings of its denomination. Faculty must subscribe to the system of biblical doctrine outlined in the Westminster Standards.

Bahnsen Theological Seminary was a Calvinist theological training institution, founded in 1997 and based in Placentia, California. It was most notably associated with Greg Bahnsen and Kenneth Gentry. It served as the degree granting division of the Southern California Center for Christian Studies. It offered instruction worldwide by correspondence, as well as courses presented locally. BTS offered four master's degree programs; Master of Divinity, Master of Christian Studies, Master of Apologetics, and Master of Philosophy.
Robert Lewis Reymond was an American Christian theologian of the Protestant Reformed tradition and the author of New Systematic Theology of the Christian Faith. Reymond held B.A., M.A., and PhD degrees from Bob Jones University, was ordained into the Reformed Presbyterian Church, Evangelical Synod in 1967, and taught at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri (1968-1990) and Knox Theological Seminary in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (1990-2008). While at Covenant, Reymond also served in a pastoral role, pastoring an RPCES congregation in Hazelwood, MO between 1968 and 1973 and serving as interim pastor at another RPCES congregation in Waterloo, IL, between 1981 and 1985. In 1983, Reymond became affiliated with the Presbyterian Church in America, as a result of the RPCES's merger with the PCA.. After resigning from Knox in January 2008, he accepted a call as regular pulpit supply of Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church, a Ft. Lauderdale congregation in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.

Bryan Chapell is an American pastor and theologian who currently serves as the Stated Clerk of the Presbyterian Church in America. He was previously the senior pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church in Peoria, Illinois. Prior to that he was president and chancellor of Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri for twenty years. Chapell is also an author, lecturer, and conference speaker specializing in homiletics. He served as Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in America in 2014.

Michael Anthony Milton is an American Presbyterian minister, theologian, educator, pastor, broadcaster, author, musician and retired U.S. Army Chaplain (Colonel). Initially a pastoral intern under D. James Kennedy, Milton became President and Senior Fellow of the D. James Kennedy Institute of Reformed Leadership. Milton succeeded Kennedy as the Teaching Pastor on the nationally televised sermon broadcast Truths That Transform (2013–2015). He has dual credentials in the Presbyterian Church in America and the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, and is also credentialed through the Presbyterian and Reformed Commission on Chaplains. Milton was elected to the James Ragsdale Chair of Missions and Evangelism at Erskine Theological Seminary in June 2015. He was named Provost of the Seminary in 2019. In 2022 Milton was named Distinguished Professor of Missions and Evangelism.

First Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian congregation in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, founded in 1882 by Rev. A. B. Coit. It was the first church in the town and predated Hattiesburg's own incorporation by two years. In 1973 it left the Presbyterian Church in the United States to become a charter member of the more theologically conservative Presbyterian Church in America.

He serves as President of Truth Unites, a ministry which seeks to promote gospel assurance through theological depth. He is also Theologian-in-Residence at Immanuel Nashville.
