Richard B. Frank

Richard B. Frank (born November 11, 1947) is an American lawyer and military historian. [1]

Born in Kansas, Frank graduated from the University of Missouri in 1969, after which he served four years during the United States Army. During the Vietnam War, he served a tour of duty as a platoon leader of the 101st Airborne Division. In 1976, he graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center. [1]
