Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) is a public, historically black college located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. ECSU, which enrolls nearly 2,500 students in 37 baccalaureate programs and three master's degree programs, is a member-school of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, as well as a member-institution of the University of North Carolina system.
Star Park is the name applied to several former sports stadiums in Syracuse, New York. The name referred to the Syracuse professional baseball teams, which were called the Stars beginning around 1870 and continuing in most seasons until the last Stars team was fielded in 1929.

The Waterside, is a festival marketplace on the Elizabeth River in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, opened June 1, 1983. While the Waterside Annex was demolished May 16, 2016, the main portion was renovated and reopened as Waterside District in May 2017. A critical component of Norfolk's ongoing post-World War II revitalization, the complex connects via a cross-street pedestrian bridge to a parking garage, sits at the foot of the Portsmouth Ferry terminal, and connects via a waterfront promenade to the downtown, the nearby baseball stadium, naval museum (Nauticus) and waterfront neighborhood of Freemason Harbor.
The Virginia Beach Sportsplex is a sports complex in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The name is most commonly attached to the main stadium within the complex, which opened in 1999. It has a permanent seating capacity of 6,000, on two decks of seating, though it can be expanded upwards to 17,000 for American football games. It was the first soccer-specific stadium built from the ground up in the United States. The Sportsplex is located across the street from the Princess Anne Athletic Complex and near the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater.
College of The Albemarle (COA) is a community college located in the Albemarle region of northeastern North Carolina, U.S. The main campus is located in Elizabeth City with satellite campuses in Barco, Manteo and Edenton. Established on December 16, 1960, College of The Albemarle became the first established institution of the North Carolina Community College System as chartered by the Community College Act of 1957.
The Pasquotank River is a coastal water-body in Northeastern North Carolina in the United States. Located between Camden and Pasquotank counties, the Pasquotank connects directly to the Albemarle Sound and is part of the Intracoastal Waterway via Elizabeth City.
Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City is a United States Coast Guard Air Station co-located at Elizabeth City Regional Airport in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, along the Pasquotank River near the opening of the Albemarle Sound. The base has a garrison of approximately 855 officers and enlisted. The Coast Guard air station is also one of the busiest in the U.S. Coast Guard, operating missions as far away as Greenland, the Azores and the Caribbean.

Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall is a 4,500-seat multi-purpose arena in Norfolk, Virginia, located to the northeast of Dick Price Stadium on the eastern edge of Norfolk State University. It was built in 1982 to replace Gill Gymnasium as home to the Norfolk State Spartans men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball teams, as well as housing athletics offices and hosting the school's ROTC program. The seating bowl is divided into four sides, with three divided levels of seating colored green and gold, the school's colors. The hall is named for Joseph G. Echols, who is credited by the university as the person most responsible for the expansion of the school's athletics department to its current extents. It hosted the 1997 MEAC Men's Basketball Tournament.
Buckley Park is a multi-purpose stadium on the Callan Road (N76), near Kilkenny, Ireland. Kilkenny City purchased 5.7 acres (23,000 m2) of land from a local farmer by the name of Mick Murphy for £16,000. The ground was originally called Tenney Park. It is currently used for football matches by Women's National League club Kilkenny United WFC and was previously the home stadium of Kilkenny City A.F.C..
Whaddon Road, known as the Jonny-Rocks Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium in Cheltenham, England. It is the home ground of Cheltenham Town F.C. It has a total capacity of 7,066, with a mixture of seating and terracing. The ground's official name was the Victory Sports Ground until April 2009 when it was renamed the Abbey Business Stadium through a sponsorship deal. It was announced on 13 July 2015 that the club had agreed a three-year deal to rename the stadium The World of Smile Stadium, however the deal ended after only one year and the stadium was renamed LCI Rail Stadium in 2016–17 before taking its current name in 2018–19.

The John B. Schuerholz Baseball Complex is a baseball venue located in Towson, Maryland, United States. It is used by the Towson University Tigers baseball team. It has a capacity of 500 spectators and opened in 2001. The playing surface of the field is natural grass.
The Southern Branch Elizabeth River is a 14.5-mile-long (23.3 km), primarily tidal river in the U.S. state of Virginia. It flows from south to north through the city of Chesapeake and forms the boundary between the cities of Portsmouth and Chesapeake for its northernmost 3 miles (5 km). It is a tributary of the Elizabeth River, connecting to the harbor of Hampton Roads to the north. It is part of the Intracoastal Waterway of the Atlantic coast of the United States, connecting by it to the North Landing River, which flows into North Carolina.

Norfolk station is a train station in Norfolk, Virginia. It is the terminus of a branch of Amtrak's Northeast Regional service which begins in Boston. Service began on December 12, 2012. This station returned intercity passenger rail service to Norfolk proper for the first time since 1977 when the Mountaineer ended.
Wheeler Field is a planned 5,000-seat baseball park in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It will host the Virginia Beach Neptunes of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, an unspecified team in a summer wooden-bat league, and a junior college team from Tidewater Community College's Virginia Beach campus. Wheeler Capital, a limited liability company that specializes in venture capital financing and small business loans throughout the Mid-Atlantic states, purchased the naming rights for the stadium for an undisclosed amount through 2025.
