WLAE-TV, virtual channel 32, is an educational independent television station licensed to New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. The station is owned by the Educational Broadcasting Foundation, a partnership between the Willwoods Community and the Louisiana Educational Television Authority. WLAE's studios are located on North Causeway Boulevard in Metairie, and its transmitter is located on Paris Road/Highway 47. On cable, the station is available on Cox Communications channel 14.
Cuba was the first Latin American country to begin television testing as on December 1946, station CM-21P conducted an experimental multi-point live broadcast. Educational television or learning television is the use of television programs in the field of distance education. It may be in the form of individual television programs or dedicated specialty channels that is often associated with cable television in the United States as Public, educational, and government access (PEG) channel providers. There are also adult education programs for an older audience; many of these are instructional television or "telecourse" services that can be taken for college credit, such as the Open University programs on BBC television in the UK.

The University of Community Health, Magway (UCH) is a Community Health University under the Ministry of Health and Sports (Myanmar), and located in Magway city, Myanmar. The university offers a four-year Bachelor of Community Health (B.Comm.H) degree program. Students have to study how to perform Community health. Also, they must take clinical subjects as integration for rural population whom can't get primary health care. Formally, the graduates are allowed to practice as Health Assistants (HA) in Department of Public Health and FDA of Myanmar, many of whom are the main providers of primary health care in rural Myanmar where access to regular physicians is difficult.
