Siger is the leading holding company of Mohammed VI, the king of Morocco.

The company evolved out of a holding of the same name that belonged to Hassan II but was renamed to Ergis (now belonging to the Heirs of Hassan II), whereas Siger was founded as a new entity in 2002, and entirely belonging to Mohammed VI. [1] It has participations in Société Nationale d'Investissement and Morocco's leading agribusiness firm Les Domaines Agricoles. [2]

The company is managed by Mounir Majidi, the personal secretary of the Alaouite monarch. [3] Former CEOs included Hassan Bouhemou [4] and Driss Jettou. [2] [5]

El Himma was a classmate of Mohammed VI at the Collège Royale and was the director of his cabinet when he was crown prince.

He is also the president of Maroc Culture, the organization behind the Mawazine festival, of the Fath Union Sport (FUS) Rabat, of the Mohammed VI soccer academy, and of the Cheikh Zaid hospital's foundation.

Mohammed Yassine Mansouri is a Moroccan dignitary who is serving the director of Morocco's external intelligence agency, the General Directorate for Studies and Documentation since February 16, 2005. He previously served as the director of the Moroccan state-owned press agency, Maghreb Arabe Presse in November 1999, then as Director-General of Home Affairs at the Ministry of the Interior.

Hassan Bernoussi is a Moroccan businessman and CEO of the group Interface. He was the director of Morocco's department of foreign investments for 14 years. He studied at the school of Mohammed VI's late cousin Nawfal along with Mounir Majidi.

Mostafa Terrab is a Moroccan businessman and industrialist. He has been the chairman and chief executive officer of the Moroccan state-owned phosphate-mining company OCP since 2006. Since 2019 Terrab has also been President of the International Fertilizer Organisation. He was an adviser to the late King Hassan II and member of the G-14 think-tank, which counted figures such as Taieb Fassi-Fihri and Driss Jettou.

Hassan Bouhemou is a Moroccan business exec. He is graduated from the well known French School of Engineering Ecole Polytechnique, and also from the School Ecole des Mines de Paris. He has held the position of CEO of the holding SNI and several of its subsidiaries. He has held also the position of Chairman of the French company OPTORG . Since leaving SNI in the end of 2014, he has headed a mission at the large French retailer Groupe Casino being the advisor to his president Jean-Charles Naouri. He currently advises different French CEOs and leads various strategy missions within large French groups. He is based in Paris.
