Suppressor of cytokine signaling 4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS4 gene. [5]
The protein encoded by this gene contains a SH2 domain and a SOCS BOX domain. The protein thus belongs to the suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS), also known as STAT-induced STAT inhibitor (SSI), protein family. SOCS family members are known to be cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
The interleukin 4 receptor is a type I cytokine receptor. IL4R is its human gene.
Interleukin 28 receptor, alpha subunit is a subunit for the interleukin-28 receptor. IL28RA is its human gene.
Suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS3 gene. This gene encodes a member of the STAT-induced STAT inhibitor (SSI), also known as suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS), family. SSI family members are cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling.
Suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS1 gene. SOCS1 orthologs have been identified in several mammals for which complete genome data are available.
Tyrosine-protein kinase Fes/Fps also known as proto-oncogene c-Fes/Fps is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the FES gene. FES was originally cloned as a retroviral oncogene from feline (v-FES) and avian (v-FPS) sarcomas. This triggered the subsequent identification and cloning of the cellular FES (c-FES) genes in birds and mammals.
Suppressor of cytokine signaling 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS2 gene.
Cytokine-inducible SH2-containing protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CISH gene. CISH orthologs have been identified in most mammals with sequenced genomes. CISH controls T cell receptor (TCR) signaling, and variations of CISH with certain SNPs are associated with susceptibility to bacteremia, tuberculosis and malaria.
Suppressor of cytokine signaling 7 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS7 gene.
Ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ASB2 gene.
Suppressor of cytokine signaling 5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS5 gene.
Interferon-induced 35 kDa protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IFI35 gene.
Interferon alpha-4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IFNA4 gene.
Suppressor of cytokine signaling 6 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS6 gene.
Ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ASB3 gene.
Signal transducer and activator of transcription 5B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the STAT5B gene. STAT5B orthologs have been identified in most placentals for which complete genome data are available.
Ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 1 is a protein that is in humans, encoded by the ASB1 gene.
Ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 13 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ASB13 gene.
Interleukin 22 receptor, alpha 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IL22RA1 gene.
GRB2 associated binding protein 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GAB3 gene.
Suppressor APC domain containing 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SAPCD1 gene.
