Salil Prabhakar from Delta ID Inc., Newark, CA was named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2012 [1] for contributions to biometrics technology. He was named a Fellow of the Society of Photographic Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE) in 2014 and a Fellow of the International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR) in 2012.

Salil Prabhakar cofounded Delta ID Inc in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2011. [2] Prior to that he was part of the initial core Aadhar team as a bio-metric expert, [3] and was Chief Scientist and Director of Engineering at Digital Persona Inc. in Redwood City. Salil Prabhakar completed his Ph.D. from Michigan State University in 2001. He graduated in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi in 1996. [4] [5]

Yendluri Shanthi Pavan is an Indian electrical engineer and a professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is known for his studies on mixed signal VLSI circuits and is an elected fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering. He is also a fellow of IEEE. The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, the apex agency of the Government of India for scientific research, awarded him the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for Science and Technology, one of the highest Indian science awards for his contributions to Engineering Sciences in 2012.

Caroline Anne Ross is a British physicist and professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who was named as a Fellow of the American Physical Society in 2004 for innovative research into the magnetic properties of thin film and nanoscale structures, and for the development of novel lithographic and self-assembly methods for nanostructure fabrication and named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2013 for contributions to synthesis and characterization of nanoscale structures and films for magnetic and magneto-optical devices. She is the Associate Head of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at MIT.

Neelesh B. Mehta is an Indian communications engineer, inventor and a professor at the Department of Electrical and Communications Engineering of the Indian Institute of Science who studies wireless networks.

Rhonda Franklin is a professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of Minnesota. She is a microwave and radio frequency engineer whose research focuses on microelectronic mechanical structures in radio and microwave applications. She has won several awards, including the 1998 NSF Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers, the 2013 Sara Evans Leadership Award, the 2017 John Tate Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Advising, and the 2018 Minnesota African American Heritage Calendar Award for her contributions to higher education.

Richard Masao Fujimoto is a computer scientist and researcher in reverse computation, distributed computing, and big data. He is a Regents’ Professor, Emeritus, in the School of Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He was also the founding chair of Georgia Tech's school of CSE. Fujimoto's research has provided the basis for the development of new algorithms and computational techniques for discrete event simulations, including the development of the Georgia Tech Time Warp software, which was adopted for use by MITRE to create a commercial air traffic simulator. Fujimoto also led the development and definition of the time management services in the High Level Architecture (HLA) for modeling and simulation which was standardized under IEEE 1516.
