In-Flight Safety is a Canadian indie rock band formed in 2003. In-Flight Safety was nominated for a 2007 Juno Award for Video of the Year for "Coast Is Clear". Music in Omaha, Nebraska, has been a diverse and important influence in the culture of the city. Timothy Sean Guthrie is a visual artist and experimental filmmaker. Guthrie's work is in collections throughout the United States, including the Boise Art Museum, and the Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art, Plemmons Collection of Contemporary Art,, and the Leigh Lane Edwards Collection of Contemporary Art,. Tim Guthrie gave a TEDxOmaha talk in October 2018 about An Artist's Journey Through Love and Loss. The talk focused on the death of his wife in 2015, and his grieving process, as well as the mini-documentary he created about her, called Missing Piece, which won numerous national and International awards. The works were also featured on the cover and in an article of Omaha Magazine.
Elizabeth Asher Holcomb is an American CCM-folk singer-songwriter raised in Nashville, Tennessee. Her father is noted music producer Brown Bannister, and she was a member of Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors, whose frontman is her husband Drew. They met while in school at the University of Tennessee together.
