Saunshi is a village in the northern state of Karnataka, India. [1] [2] It is located in the Kundgol taluk of Dharwad district in Karnataka. largest gram Panchayat in Dharwad District.

As of the 2011 Census of India there were 2,681 households in Saunshi and a total population of 12,848 consisting of 6,501 males and 6,347 females. There were 1,415 children ages 0-6. [3]
